“My disabled parents had a shower cubicle fitted recently and have major safety issues with the doors of the shower. They were shown no pictures of how the shower would be and only saw a design on paper. The cubicle is not appropriate for my father’s needs at all . This has been reported to the company over a week ago and no response received. On calling them again today they initially denied knowledge of the original call. An occupational therapist has deemed the cubicle not fit for purpose and a major safety issue for my disabled father . They were asked a week ago for an urgent assessment of the shower and again today. Will this company take responsibility if he falls. Do the right thing and get this assessed urgently and make the necessary changes for his safety . Perhaps while you are at it you could also organise a collection of the equipment left in their garage that was delivered there for another job and the fitters asked if they could leave them until they arranged a collection!”

“I felt the price was high but I can’t fault the finished product. The sales rep was helpful and friendly, without being pushy. We did have some delays on our installation date which was disappointing but the fitter worked extremely hard and did a beautiful job. Communication on the pick up arrangements for the rubbish could have been clearer. Overall however a satisfying experience.”
