“From requesting a brochure, to us ordering a bath the service has been excellent Everyone concerned provided good information about cost Delivery and the fitting of the bath Simon who fitted it left everything spotless and the old bath and other waste was collected just an hour after Simon left. We used the bath after 24 hours and found it really easy to use and it is wonderful to be able to have a bath after many months”

“We were very impressed with the service from start to finish. Paul, who initially visited us, clearly understood our needs and how best to support us. We never felt pressured into purchasing the shower, or a more expensive model than the one we requested. We were shown a quick video of how the installation happened, and a sample of the material used on the walls. This helped us better visualise the whole unit. We were clearly told expected timelines and all promised dates for delivery and installation were met. Scott, who did the installation work, and the Electrician (apologies we can’t remember his name) were efficient and clearly explained the work they were doing. All the work was completed within around 8 hours and everything was cleaned up and we were left with no mess. Everyone we dealt with at Aquability has been polite and friendly and we always felt valued as customers. We would highly recommend them.”

“The salesman was convincing that his was a superior product, being made to measure rather than a kit made from standard panels. The company was thorough and sent a second engineer to check measurements; measure twice, manufacture once. Delivery and fitting were on time and the fitters were pleasant, thorough and competent. They completed installation earlier than expected. Waste generated was removed very early next day There was a minor leak on first use of the shower; less than 10ml of water. This was attended to efficiently and very promptly. We are extremely pleased with the whole installation and the appearance of it. We would happily recommend Aquability to anyone wanting a new walk in shower. A minor point, but we were pleased to see that all correspondence was well laid out and used good clear correct English. .”

“We've been really impressed with the service received from Aquability and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. I initially saw their advert in a weekly TV listing magazine and decided to find out more. I checked their online reviews and came across a lot of very happy customers so decided to call them for a quote. Within a few days one of their sales team came round, had a measure up, went through their range and provided us with what we thought was a very fair price. Time was taken to explain everything including timescales and the installation process and absolutely no pressure was put on us to make a decision. It was left with us to contact them if we wished to proceed further. We decided to order an Easy Entry Aqua Shower, but also arranged for installation of a new toilet and wash basin, which we would supply. This was done at a very reasonable cost. The shower we chose replaced an existing bath and the real beauty of the whole installation was that everything was installed leaving absolutely no evidence of the old fittings, or any remedial work needing to be done. The whole process from the initial sales visit to installation took three months, you have to bear in mind that the showers are made to order to fit the specification of room they are to be installed in. This was explained to us at the point of placing the order, but for us we were in no hurry. I believe that orders can be put through faster if there is a particular requirement to do so. Our installation was booked for two days because of the additional toilet and hand basin being installed, however the installer was fantastic, he worked so hard and got the whole job done in a day. Really fantastic service, very pleased, thank you! ☺️”
