Fitters did a really good job and was done in the day which was convenient. The shower has a big help it has made it a lot easier for my wife to shower. The only negative I can say is the noise of the waste pump is quite noisy

Very efficient, clean and tidy. The team worked very hard to get the job done in good time. Working around the difficulties of an old house with a small oddly shaped bathroom. We now have a new electric shower with a new separate fuse board. Very impressed. Thanks for all your hard work.

Great dealing with this company from start to finish. Simon the surveyor came out twice to see us and explain everything and measure up and give us a quotation. He was friendly and easy to get along with and not pushy. The sales office kept in touch and let us know when the shower was ready to deliver and install. The delivery was on time and the delivery people were friendly and carefully carried it upstairs to store it. The fitter (Chris) was friendly and efficient and got the job done quicker than expected. Rubbish was collected next day as promised. Very pleased with our new shower.

Very happy with the shower but not do much with the noisy ware pump. Paul was very clean and tidy, on time and polite. Electrician was great also and very helpful. I would recommend Aquability and have no complaints about the whole process.

The shower is fine it’s a shower cabin rather than a shower that said I’m happy with it. Pricing was an issue to me, I was given a price less 20% discount and when I asked about the vat I was told we don’t charge vat funny how the discount was 20% the same as the vat. Next the installation, I was given a fitting date within the period I was quoted but then the problems started, I received a telephone call at 9.20 on the fitting date and was told there was an error and my new dates were the following Monday and Tuesday.When I was told I said you have given my fitting date to somebody else I was told no it was an admin error but when the fitter turned up on the Monday he let slip he returned to another customer to finish a job. During the installation he did encounter a couple of problems no convenience power point for the pump and low water pressure which was no good for the taps supplied.I think both these issues should have been picked up when the survey took place.I sent several emails to resolve this and it was agreed that the inspector would fit a replacement tap today, he arrived with no tap I did become angry and when he said a mono block I disagreed and showed him pillow taps for low pressure water and guess what when he returned with said taps they worked well. With this company departments only seem to have one person they also have real problems in answering emails.All that said a couple of people did put themselves out to help me.I have asked for a director to call me but have yet to receive a call. The problems I had really started with the so called survey which was only an estimate.really When the fitting date was given I was lied to which I hate There was no urgency in sorting the tap issue However the installer was great,the inspector was always going to have problems because what was agreed with me was not what he expected to do. Would I shop with the company, no but they could clean up their act and I’m sure they would be more profitable.and a nice company to deal with.

Very happy with the new shower which replaced the unusable bath.The change over was incredible.The fitter was excellent in explaining what he was doing and when.The end result was superb and has afforded both my wife and I a very enjoyable shower.Everything was left in order when he had finished.
