Very impressed with Aquability, everything from start to finish was very well organised. Danny the fitter worked very hard and never stopped. He completed a lovely installation of our new shower cubicle and left our home spotless.

Fitter did a very good job. Everything ran smoothly and timings were met that I was promised. Electrician did a very thorough job and my new light is great it makes a massive difference

Phil was great. Moved the pull cord away from the shower and to the other side of the door. Talked through everything he was doing. Was clean and tidy. Very pleased.

Installation was very quick, clean and tidy. So much easier than my old bath and its made such a difference. Wish I had it done sooner.

Very happy with the electrician. I was worried before anyone came onsite but very relived once he left. We have a few existing issues he sorted with no problems. He was very professional and very good at his job.

Having received a call from Ian at 19.05p.m on 24th February he said that he was West of Newcastle and it would take a 6 hour round trip to visit us on 25th February. Had we been told it would cost 9,000 pounds for what we wanted. As far as I am aware he did not know specifically what we wanted or the dimensions of our bathroom. I felt that he did not want to make the journey so I told him to forget it. This does not shine favourably on Aquibility or their customer service. Incidentally we also live west of Newcastle and having travelled there and back many times it usually only takes us 4 hours tops!

However our advisors do like to give a "ballpark" figure (subject to survey) before setting out - and will base this figure on your description of the current space and your preferences from our brochure. Very pleased with the shower it really is much easier than my old bath. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was that there was a part missing upon delivery. Excellent service.
