Product is fine, fitters were ok. A few bits we felt could’ve been a bit better but we are happy with the whole service overall.

The bath is fine and the team who worked here were very good. I would have given it a 5 but we was lead to believe it would be fitted quicker than what is actually was.

Was led to beleive it would be clear glass which it isn’t good job by fitters it works very well just wish it was clear glass

Great job, The ony thing I can fault is the shower head, it cannot be changed to a better head because the friction of the mounting will not accept the increased weight, otherwise highly delighted

First the positives - All parts delivered a couple of days prior to installation. Communication from delivery driver faultless. The two man installation team were great. Sure it was Scott & Ben. Both polite, thorough and tidied everywhere they’d been before leaving. Again faultless. Waste created collected a couple of days after installation, great. Now the negatives - no verbal communication until the week of installation. A brief thank you letter arrived about 10 days after the home visit and deposit. After committing to almost 9k of shower some form of verbal interaction would have been nice. Not sure if it’s actually a 9k shower? Brochure mentions where the cost is but on completion I’m not fully convinced. Was informed it was bespoke to the room but a standard size shower tray was delivered with wall panels to same measurements. Infills are just supplementary plastic panels that the installation team cut to size. Standard TMV taps. Fittings on top of the aluminium uprights don’t actually fit in, they just rest loosely on top. Guy who did the initial consultation stated that all sealant would be hidden as it’s a design feature of the shower units to allow this. Not true, sealant is visible where applied. And finally, A week after installation I still have a 7ft x 3ft plastic infill sheet sat in my living room awaiting collection.

Regarding your concerns about the bespoke nature of your shower and the fittings, we value your input and have forwarded this information to our Sales Director to investigate and ensure clarity moving forward. We have now arranged for collection of the return panel and will reimburse you for this element, since it was not required on the day. We have also arranged for an Inspector to attend and check the installation, secure the cover caps and assess the application of the sealant and re-apply if necessary. The installation went really well and Scot the installer completed the shower cubicle within the day no problem. He was clean and tidy and respected our home while working here.

The bath is great but if I want to lie dow fully, in order to have a good soak, I can’t. It seems the only way round this is to remove the seat out of the bath entirely. Still pleased to be able to have a bath at last.

Very happy with everything overall now it is all complete. Only issue was having to wait a while to get a new screen which was accidentally damaged on install

I’ve found it very convenient. There was only one thing was I had to put my bath mat in as I found the base a bit slippy but overall really pleased. I used it every day and am very happy with it

Happy with the overall job. The bolt on the seat wasn't fit right but the issue was solved

The installer was tidy inside but I have got some white stains outside from cutting the fibreglass but this should disappear the next time it rains. The rubbish was collected promptly the next day. I have had a visit from one of the inspectors to carry out a small remedial on the silicone sealant which was done quickly and efficiently.

I’m pleased with the product. I was slightly disappointed that the toilet wasn’t the same size and I’ll have to get a new floor. I was pleased with the time it took for the bath to arrive. They said 6 weeks but it only took 4.

Very happy with the job overall. Engineers all did a really good job. Only slight complaint is the people who collected the rubbish left some that had blown slightly down the road.
