“Very pleased with the service received from Aquability. We chose the Cascade half height door walk in shower. Extremely neat installation and fitters were very pleasant and efficient. Easy to clean. Showering now much safer.”

“They say That time waits for no man True i use to love my bath but as you get older age catches you up and could not get into mybath the sent for Aquability to come and have a chat the guy was great he explained everything and 5 weeks later our bath and shower was being installed by a great plumber and it is looking great with a door to get in and a seat that go up and down Fantastic Aquabilty thank you should have done it years ago 5 star”

“Incomplete job after 3 weeks. Rail missing, water plumbed in incorrectly, no hot water from the shower. My parents haven’t been able to shower at all!! Payment in full, absolutely terrible service and no offer to compensate for the delay and inconvenience. I sincerely hope they will be refunded.”

We understood that a replacement curtain rail was required due to an imperfection, however, our records indicated that the plumbing had been rectified on a previous inspection visit.
