“The engineer arrived on time, set about dismantling my old bath and shower. The new shower packs arrived and the old taken away. The engineer worked though the day keeping me up date on progress. When finished everything was tidied up and removed. The perfect shower installation couldn't fault it”

“We have just had a walk in shower fitted today . The fitters names are Chris and Al all we can say is Brilliant the boys are so efficient and hard working .Arrived at 9am finished before 3 pm . “I am very sorry to say my experience with Aquability wasn’t up to standard ! First they installed a toilet/handbasin unit over a large hole where my old shower was, that they took out ! They balanced it on pieces of flimsy wood ! After two weeks of waiting for them to get back to me I had to get a plumber in to take out the unit and refit which was an expense I hadn’t expected so needed a loan ! I had a few phone calls with them but they would not take responsibility for such a shoddy job. I have a few photos which I sent them !!”

Following your recent telephone call with our Customer Service Manager, it became apparent that there had been an unfortunate misunderstanding as to the exact nature of your complaint, for which we offer our sincere apologies. To be clear, we absolutely accept responsibility for the repair to your sub-floor which was required following the removal of your original shower cubicle (though not for the fitting of new floor coverings, which we were never due to change). We now await a breakdown of the invoice from your workman at your earliest convenience in order to reimburse you for the additional costs. We always aim to resolve matters as quickly and fairly as possible and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we could put it right.
