“Excellent design by Fiona,.great installation and clearing up on the day . My reason for not making it a 5star,more a four and threecquartes is getting a date booked .Initial date too short notice as had an MR I booked at hospital that day .Difficulty getting anew date .Told "work on real time "whatever that is supposed to mean .Later given a Friday appointment for delivery and installation .Equipment deliverd early Friday morning as driver had not been told work had been postponed until Monday .I had received a call Wednesday pm This meant I had to store everything over the weekend .Fortunately I have garden room but not everyone would be so lucky .Did feel office staff appeared as helpful or accommodating as the teams out in the field .You asked !!So I ambeing honest .Very pleased with final product”

There was an initial issue with some piping under the bath being replaced, but Paul, the fitter, was able to work out a solution and completed the installation efficiently and cleanly. All the work from initial visit to collection of the removed bath was done well and in time frames given.”
