“Really amazed that i got all this perfectly edible food in great condition for such a low price. I saved £20 on items and now have a fully stocked cupboard. Really great for people on a budget and for those of us who hate to see food wasted. Such a great initiative and I'll definitely be using this service regularly from now on.”

“We were able to choose things that we needed which, in our opinion, even though past their best before date were still palatable. We compared the clear pricing, on the very detailed web site, to the cheapest in our local Supermarkets and if cheaper we ordered the things that we use on a regular basis, from pet food to treats. The Wild Bird Food was an especially good deal. We have since attracted Goldfinches. We live remote so discounted delivery was welcome. The service was impeccable, trackable and to the doorstep. The icing on the cake, for us pensioners, was the considerable saving compared to the RRP that we made, from memory 65%. Better in our pocket than the Supermarkets.”

“In terms of shopping, it was great; lots of choice, unusual items, good bargains and fun choosing what to buy. On the other hand, when delivered box appeared to have been squashed en route. The first box inside gave way when I tried to pick it up so everything fell out, a few items were ripped/open, heavy things were packed on top of lighter things, and 50% of the stuff in my 'mystery box' had been turned to crumbs. I was so excited about ordering as it was my first time but I've been left bitterly disappointed about what I received.”

“I Paid £8.50 delivery charge for my order which was said to have been despatched by you in 2 boxes. One very small box was received on Wednesday 6th September. After reporting this matter to you I was advised that the larger of two boxes had been damaged. I listed the missing products yesterday (by far the biggest part of my order) but nothing more has been heard. Help! I was hoping for completion of this order by the weekend, it this now seems very unlikely.”
