I Paid £8.50 delivery charge for my order which was said to have been despatched by you in 2 boxes. One very small box was received on Wednesday 6th September. After reporting this matter to you I was advised that the larger of two boxes had been damaged. I listed the missing products yesterday (by far the biggest part of my order) but nothing more has been heard.
Help! I was hoping for completion of this order by the weekend, it this now seems very unlikely.
