“Not the only place I shop but a good way to get cheap staples and a lot of really lovely and interesting things that I otherwise wouldn't usually splash out on. Good website but would be good to know delivery dates and dispatching more accurately.”

“I have been ordering for some years, all my purchases have been sent with no issues. They package everything so no damages and deliver when they say, the products are not always out of date we have never had any problems with the food and drink plus you get some great offers. When I did have a problem with my account the manager contacted me and sorted it out straight away. A great way to shop when on a budget.”

“Mega honest traders who hide nothing. 'Best by' dates are given but after 32 deliveries I have no complaints. A tiny glitch (not their fault) was dealt with in a professional and apologetic manner. I look at their site every week. Great stuff with the fantastic Dean i/c customer services. Well done. Graham. Leicester.”

“I've used Approved Foods for eight years, their wonderfully diverse range of products has enabled us to enjoy not only staple foods, but many exotic and wonderful products that would normally be far to expensive for us to consider. Their Customer Services have always been helpful and supportive, and the delivery couriers always delivered the goods in good condition. Over these eight years Approved Foods have made constant improvements in web design, ordering facility, and range - yet often at extremely competitive prices.”

“Approved Food has good products at discounted prices. The customer service is great - they're quick to respond and are always really helpful. My only suggestion would be to have more information about the products, especially food items. Even just a photo of the back of the product showing the ingredients would be helpful.”

“I ordered a couple times years ago and delivery used to be anything from 7-10 days. I was pleasantly surprised when I decided to shop a few days ago that delivery is within 3-4 days. Ordered on Thursday received my order on Monday. All items intact- so spillage or breakage - please bear in mind I didn't order anything breakable in this order and it was most laundry house cleaning products. - but please nothing was damaged and boxes were well packed.”
