“i made my order then realised i didn't change the address when i moved home, so i e-mailed them the very next day they changed it for me i received the parcel in 3 days, happy days”

“When you email me twice a day on offers, if something is good, then I have to buy it on the same day,if the email is more than 1 days old ,then I cannot find those items on your website which is frustration, also your website is very difficult to navigate. Also no-one answers your landlines when I ring up,is only email address which I don't like this procedure.”

“Delivery is swift and packages always arrive secure so that products are in good condition on arrival. I haven't had a poor experience yet and have been recommending this site to all my friends and neighbours! Approved food is great when you have a family and food costs are rising all the time. Also, makes me feel smug that I'm doing something positive for the planet in reducing food waste and landfill.”

“In the past service has been good. This time not. I placed an order but didn't get a confirmation. I emailed and got the answer it was a computer problem. I cancelled the order because it would not then arrive in time. Then I had an email from the carrier to say it would arrive on 8th September by 15.15 hours. I delayed my departure till then but it didn't arrive. Later it arrived, by then too late, I had left. I emailed to ask what to do about it. I have had no reply. So now the parcel is sitting in my sisters house getting in the way!”

“Short dated or out dated food and drink, I do not think the prices are keen enough for most of the food and alcohol if it’s out of date surely should be at leat 50% off in stead of the few pence they take off”

“I have been fortunate enough to have benefitted from some amazing bargains over the years. Tried products, that ordinarily, I wouldn't have, because the price made the gamble worthwhile! If there is a problem with the order they will always sort it out quickly, though it doesn't happen often. I've been a customer for years and will continue to both use and recommend your company.”
