“Great way to get some cupboard staples at a good discount, and to treat the kids without spending loads. I like to try new things, so approved food is a good way to do that without spending a lot on to do it. Delivery is ok, would be better if they could give you a specific day or time when they are going to deliver to ensure you're in. Saying that though, if I'm out, they will leave the parcels with a neighbour. I shop with approved food regularly, and will continue to do so because it's great value, and means I can order bulky items without carrying them home.”

“Dreadful. I still haven't got my food because yodel came when I was out so have had to order redelivery at work and somehow try and find a way to carry it home. I don't drive and have disabilities which is why I order online. They use yodel whose depot is based several towns away from mine and would involve a 40 minute train journey to get there. Very disappointed .”
