“I found the site by accident but I'm so glad I did. I filled my food cupboard for a fraction of the price it would normally cost and stocked up on those usually more expensive summer drinks for the fridge. I also took some lovely chocolate treats to work for the staff”

“This was my first delivery from Approved Food even though they have been on my radar for a long time and I have heard many good things about them. The ordering is simple, great selection and some astonishing bargains. There are plenty of options for payment to suit everyone. You can track how far your order is from picking to dispatch .. this is where it fell down slightly. The courier (Yodel) delivered it to an empty house rather than coming to me, when I tried to query it with Yodel they wouldn't disclose info due to no tracking number on the parcel, so that could be a simple solution to give the customer the tracking info. The parcel itself was well packed and the items all good quality. I did use customer service to try and locate my parcel (my son eventually found it!) but they seemed to misunderstand the problem. However overall I will definitely order again and hope these irritating niggles can be ironed out.”

“Was looking forward to my first order it arrived within 2 days . Was disappointed with most of my order as more than a few items were pound shop stuff or to the lesser of a pound. Brought e45 and that does seem a bargain. Ordered 2 candles for £7. They are tiny. My fault maybe for not checking sizes.. it seems if there really is a too good to be true bargain then the customer is limited to only being able to purchase the one! I don't get that if delivery is 5.99.. if it was free delivery I would maybe understand”
