“I support a homeless charity so i use Approved Foods as you have a great and random assortment. My only criticism is the time it takes on delivery. I usually need the stock pretty fast. I placed my order last Weds, paid extra for a quicker delivery and now its monday and still not here.”

“Delivery isn't the quickest. Ordered last Tuesday evening, it's now Monday and I've not received it yet. Wouldn't have shopped there without a free delivery code as the cost of regular delivery negates any savings you make. You can buy some of the items cheaper in the supermarket (on offer) and they wouldn't be out of date. Having said that, the items they sell are perfectly good and I've never had any issues with things I've bought previously.”

“Good prices but when adding delivery it mounts bit. My last order I was misled by the wrong "best before" date for baby milk which said June 2018 on your website but those were delivered have all the date of Feb 2018! If I knew I woul have bought only one and not 3 tubs. Disappointing! Mr Mehenni”

“I would normally score a 4 out of 5 but on this occasion I think the fresh meat deal let you down. I'm very particular about the meat I buy & only give this a try as it was described as 'gourmet' products. To be fair, I've not tried any yet but they don't look like Gourmet, especially the sausages (I only buy 80% meat or more) so we shall see, except the sausages which I will give away. :-(”

“I would normally give a 5 but not on this delivery first I paid next day deliver which didn’t happen then when I did get my order there was 3jars of Beef n ale cooking sauce missing, also a jar of Mrs Bridges Rhubarb n Custard sweets is smashed.not very happy customer this time”

“Found some nappies at a great price and was able to order 6 packs in bulk and make a great saving. However, when the nappies were delivered the box was simply left on my doorstep partly opened, so it wasn't a very secure delivery method and this wasn't instructed by me at the point of checkout.”

“On the whole it is fine. However more info needs to be on products so you know what you are really getting; ie. weight and pack quantities in particular. This is the issue that prevents me from ordering more frequently. Also can you itemise things according to what they are; again pet food , medicines etc all together. This would save time in scrolling through pages”

“A bit disappointed in the £10 box, won't be falling for that again. Other than that ok, think your prices could be a bit lower as The Range is selling pkt 9 toilet rolls for £2 .99. Dose some one check prices so we get the bargain, as I'm always looking for toilet rolls and toiletries for my food bank used to get them from you but farm food, and others do cheaper. Other than that will keep checking for bargains.”
