“Approved food is great, my only issue with it (and that's why I don't order much), is that you have to be at home to receive the parcel and you can't even ask to pick up from a parcel shop.”

“Some of the items I received the boxes were in very poor state and I was planning on making a basket hamper of treats for my aunty who has been in hospital but the boxes were trashed. One of the products I thought was off it's a self tan remover which I have used from boots before and it was like a gel this one was exact same packaging but absolutely like water. I'm sure it isn't supposed to be that runny! Got a message to say some items were out of stock so will not be charged for those hopefully. Some bargains in the beauty section a revolt contour kit for a £1 which is a fab bargain! A bit hit & miss really . My second purchase from here and had problems with both. I have sent an email regardun* this but am yet to get a response!”

“Good to help reduce food waste, interesting selection of products. My first delivery took 6 weekdays to arrive and then was left on doorstep right under a sign saying "please put in parcel box -->" 1 meter away, which was frustrating. However, the food is all good, just some lighter things a bit crushed. Packing could be improved by putting tins underneath crisps & marking a right way up. Appeared to have all been thrown into the box randomly. Possibly shaken about during delivery too. Glad to see you reuse boxes. Would advise other customers to read the product sizes when you order as some products are single servings when you might expect a larger packet. I have made a second order.”
