“I bought four Trapische Malbec wines, thinking that I will receive four bottles. What I received was four vacuum-packed boxes of wine. There was no indication in the description that it was a vacuum-packed item. On enquiring about this I was advised to return the items AT MY EXPENSE. Or arrange for the items be collected for a few of £8.85. As the description is misleading, I feel this is unfair and the returns fee should be free.”

“All food was out of date which , to be fair, I expected. What is was annoyed about was quite how much they were out of date. 13 month old crisps, 9 months old drinks, 3 months old cakes and so on. I threw everything in the bin because the refund policy is terrible. Never again shall I waste money on such rubbish. I’m surprised Martin Lewis advertising this brand. Shocking.”
