“Good all round service, but slow on delivery but accurate on arrival. Have used them a few times. Will use again. Still trying to persuade them not to pack tins and bottles on top of crisps and cakes but we live in hope.”

“I love looking through the different offers and putting together a minimum order box, its almost like a game! I do wish the really older dated lucky boxes could just be donated to charity earlier in the food chain though”

“Good discounts on food items just past there best before date but still good perfectly edible food. Fast delivery with clear communication showing drivers live location. Well packaged in big cardboard boxes. I had an issue where not all of my order was dispatched for some reason. But after a message to customer service I had a helpful assistant called 'Claire' who arranged for a refund to be credited to my account for next time I make an order. Very happy overall with the service.”

“My order was delivered to the wrong address, followed the instructions on the site and spoke via email, to someone who sent me photos of my items at someone else's address. They use a shipping service the customer can't contact themselves. Mistakes were made when packing the items on their end, as all the heavy items were packed on top of all the fragile items. I was honestly horrified by what I received in my mystery box, 10 bottles of mouldy apple juice, 5 year old milk, thought they'd at least send something safe, had to bin everything due to broken glass bottles, glad I only wasted £20 Don't be like me, just go to the reduced section in a supermarket”

“The product quality is fantastic One major criticism is delivery A large box was left by my bins with no effort to hide it from public view. This was captured on ring door bell and no effort was made to deliver to a neighbour”
