“Having received these flowers as a surprise gift from a friend, I must say I am completely underwhelmed. There was no leaflet in the box guiding on how to arrange them, the irises were fully open and the rest of the flowers looked very sad and sorry for themselves. They did not improve after being in water for a couple of days, so sadly they are now in the compost bin. Very disappointed by what was a lovely gesture.”

“The flowers were for a friend who is having chemo. They arrived on the day promised, but it was after 9 pm and my friend had to get out of bed to receive them - which she was very annoyed about. Needless to say, she left them in the hallway and put them in water the next day. Having said that, she liked the flowers.”

“I ordered flowers from Appleyards for the first time last week having been recommended to use them by my son. I was slightly concerned when I didn't receive an order confirmation and tried without success to telephone to check my order had been received. I then sent an email and got a quick positive response. I also liked the fact that I could track the order easily. Very good and efficient service.”
