“My main concern was at what time the flowers and champagne would arrive. I had obvious confidence that they would arrive on the correct day BUT in this age of nothing but deliveries I didn't want my wife to receive them at an early evening slot. They were the first delivery of the day at just before 10.00 and for that I am exceedinly grateful. The flowers were in good condition and the wine was intact. I would give you 10 on the recommendation score other than although your company contacted us several times between the order and the delivery, none os the contacts had to do specifically with my order - so 9.”
