“Ref order 500691343 . NOT DELIVERED. I don’t even want to give one star. Absolutely appalled. First we were told delivery would be by 9pm on Saturday. Incredibly late for starters. Then a message to say delivered 8pm. . It was NOT delivered to my mother and not even the correct address . An appalling text exchange with yodel at 9pm which I will share with Appleyard customer service. These were Mother’s Day flowers planned well in advance. Ordered via the BA.com shop so I will also be sending full details to them about the terrible service annd recommending they remove Appleyard from there shop. I will never order from apple yard again.”

“I ordered some beautiful lilies for my mum's birthday in February and they were absolutely stunning and she adored them. She said they lasted two weeks with a couple of top ups of water and snipping of the ends after a week. I have therefore ordered her a gorgeous bouquet for Mother's day (shhush haha). I do not normally leave reviews, but I felt deffo worth it in this case. Thanks again for the quality Appleyard.”
