“The recipient for my order received the flowers today and this bouquet is completely utterly unacceptable We find it astonishing that this was considered acceptable to send out to us by your florist let alone the way it is advertised online. We have counted 4 flowers, and the remaining fillers are barely there or already dead. We are beyond words. Not only is this a complete waste of money, but the embarrassment it has caused and inconvenience on an occasion as important as a birthday is totally unacceptable. Action needs to be taken immediately.”

“I ordered a letterbox delivery from Appleyard, which was okay although they seemed a little sad until in water. In comparison we had a delivery of flowers from another provider, but still via overnight courier that were more vibrant and healthy looking. Therefore I think this could be dealt with better, plus there’s no way that my postman would have attempted to push that box through our letterbox. Having said all of the above, the flowers were beautiful with the mixture of wild and natural looking flowers with ornate garden type flowers a delight. Also, with the credit I had and an offer code they were affordable which meant I was able to order them as an extra”
