“Ordered white lilies came with 2 stems of pink lilies mixed in. Display was OK but not exceptional by any stretch. Ordered for delivery on 25 Jun but arrived on 22 Jun.”

“We had a problem with the plant that was delivered, and they sent a replacement with no problem and a box of chocolates as a sorry. Otherwise 5 stars would have been given”

“Sent flowers and champagne to celebrate end of cancer treatment. Champagne didn’t turn up & when complained was offer a refund! Eventually arrived 5 days later & had to insist it was sent. Things go wrong but it’s how you manage them that counts. Double fail.”
