“My friends were delighted to receive your bouquet, they sent me a photo and it looked great. Oddly I thought I was ordering M&S flowers so I don't know how that happened. I would definitely order again.”

“Actual flowers delivered were lovely. I marked this down for 2 reasons, I tried to make 2 purchases but the website would not update the billing details correctly and retained the 1st ordered receipiants details. Secondly when asking for feedback the billing/senders name not used and the receipiants name was used. Did not instill confidence in ability to handle data.”

“6 of the 8 roses were visibly mouldy; drooping and at worst rotten in the middle. In fairness, the Appleyard team credited me for the full amount of the bouquet under the “happiness guarantee” and the customer service was excellent. It’s a shame initial quality control not held to the same high standard given the company prides itself on “luxury hand-tied bouquets”....”
