“Beautiful flowers! Stunning arrangements. I ordered two ( hat box and spring bouquet) Ordering online was easy. The flower arrangements arrived on time and at the correct location. ( I am in the US and had the bouquets delivered to addresses in the UK) Please be aware not every flower arrangement arrives with a vase (some bouquets come with a vase or there is the option to purchase a vase). I purchased a a bouquet and vase set. The flowers were prepared in a way such that they required no arrangement it’s already done for you- just pop into the vase with water. I would definitely use this company again. Thank you Appleyard!”

“My mum loved the bouquet of flowers she received from you for Mother’s Day. These were a replacement as the first ones she received from another well known Florist were terrible. I am glad Appleyard could deliver such a wonderful gift and I wished I had come to Appleyard first and I certainly will in the future. I would highly recommend.”

“I recently used Appleyard, an online florist, to order Mother's Day flowers for my mother, mother-in-law, and wife. Despite encountering an issue with the initial transaction where the payment was taken twice due to a duplicate order being submitted, my experience with their customer support team left me impressed. Upon contacting them via WhatsApp, the matter was swiftly resolved. They efficiently processed a refund for the duplicate order and assured me that the original order would proceed without any issues. True to their word, all three deliveries were made as promised. Feedback from all recipients was overwhelmingly positive, with each expressing delight at the freshness and beauty of the flowers. I would wholeheartedly recommend Appleyard to others based on the quality of their products and the responsiveness of their customer service. However, I would suggest that they consider adding live chat support functionality to their website, as this would provide customers with an additional avenue for assistance, especially for urgent matters. Currently, their support is limited to WhatsApp messages or an email form, which might not be convenient for everyone. Nonetheless, my overall experience with Appleyard was excellent, and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again in the future.”
