“Not the first time I have ordered flowers nor the last - great delivery time and I did message delivery drivers as was busy that morning - couldn’t have been more helpful. Definitely recommend and the flowers were beautiful.”

“I receive the wrong plant as I assumed the one I wanted had just gone out of stock, I was equally happy with the plant. The base it arrived in was damaged - this being the couriers fault. I let Appleyard know and they credited my account same day. I could then re order. Super helpful customer service. Can’t fault them tbh.”

“I am really pleased with my plant , it arrived at my friend’s very fast which was what was needed for her at a very sad time. I was sent a photo of the hydrangea and it looked a really good size and very healthy. Would certainly recommend you to others and use you again. Cathy”

“The flowers were a surprise for my mom’s 90th birthday. They arrived on the day requested and were packaged beautifully in order to prevent any damage.
