“I never saw the flowers. My mum, who is a connoisseur, loved them. She said the flowers were beautiful, in subtle shades. They were already arranged so she didn't even need to do that. They must have looked good because she wouldn't forego that unless they were perfect.”

“Lovely bunch of white lilies. You’ve lost a star because the stems were cut very short so I had to split the bunch into 3 and buy another short vase to accommodate them.”

“The quality of the items was excellent but my only criticism was that the rose was upside down in the box even though it was opened as per the open up this way instruction. Luckily it wasn't damaged but could easily have been.”
