The flowers were sent to my sister to mark a difficult anniversary. Unfortunately, the arrived a day late which was the fault of the courier. I was really worried that the flowers would arrive in poor condition after their long time in packaging. However, aparently they were in perfect condition when they eventually arrived and still doing well 9 days later. I appreciated the reassuring contact with Appleyard's customer service (the courier was useless!).

Unfortunately you weren't able to supply the particular colours I had requested but my wife was delighted with alternative selection that you delivered. The main reason I looked at you in the first place was due to the offer of Air Miles which I am still waiting for. Can you please process the issue of these now that my purchase is complete

The flowers for my daughter arrived on time and 80% were beautiful . Unfortunately two were mouldy, and she sent me photos. I have found the web page to inform them of this situation difficult to navigate on my iPad, and been unable to upload the photos onto it so the satisfaction guarantee application would not send. Have had flowers before, always beautiful and unusual bouquets. Disappointed on this occasion as I wanted them to be special.

The flowers were delivered on time and were beautiful. The gift was loved. Went for the Chic bouquet and it was well worth the upgrade, left her feeling spoilt.

Free bouquet through a Dove for Love promotion - wasn’t easy to use but contacted the office / customer services but eventually the bouquet came and was lovely - elegant and healthy

Stunning on arrival (mixed bunch of roses sent as gift) on Wednesday but the decline started immediately despite following all care instructions to the letter. Today (Monday) they are looking very droopy and browning, almost to the point where they need to go out. I raised this with Appleyard and they were very responsive and are sending me a replacement bouquet. I have revised my review in light of their response to my complaint.

It is very difficult to review Appleyard London as I sent flowers, prosecco and truffles to my daughter-in-law who lives 200 miles away! They were delivered on the right day, which is excellent, but I can give no opinion on whether they were as per the photographs or value for money because I have not seen them myself! Neither do I know who delivered it or if it was damaged in any way.

We received a bouquet of roses and lilies on our anniversary. Unfortunately, the roses started to turn brown in a couple of days. Appleyard were very apologetic, and replaced them very quickly. The new bouquet is lovely. Excellent customer service, thank you.

The flowers were lovely, the only thing was that most of the selection were only available for delvery after 1 July so that restricted the choice. thank you
