“6 of the 8 roses were visibly mouldy; drooping and at worst rotten in the middle. In fairness, the Appleyard team credited me for the full amount of the bouquet under the “happiness guarantee” and the customer service was excellent. It’s a shame initial quality control not held to the same high standard given the company prides itself on “luxury hand-tied bouquets”....”

“We spent some time choosing an on line florist. For quality, choice and value, Appleyard stood out from the rest. On arrival our recipient reported that the flowers were beautiful and in great condition.
