“My Mothers Day bouquet was delivered on Monday, 24th March, rather than Friday, 28th, as requested. I followed your flower care tips and the bouquet looked quite pretty, except that there was too much greenery in relation to flowers. Unfortunately one of the spray of tiny rosebuds has already died and I don’t think that the other one and the two gerberas will last until Mother’s Day on Sunday, so disappointing. Monday, 31st March I was asked to contact the Customer Services department and I am very pleased with their prompt response and resolution of the problem. I was offered a replacement bouquet which I was happy to accept. Yesterday morning a lovely bouquet, which looks much fresher than the original, was delivered, so I had my flowers to enjoy on Mother's Day. Thank you.”

“Professional service, beautiful flowers, packaged excellently and delivered when promised. Very happy and will use again. Would have been 10 stars, however in the purchase description it read I would receive an email confirming dispatch the evening before arrival. I never got this email, therefore caused a little bit of a worry if they would arrive but all was fine.”

“Timely delivery and the flowers were well taken care of during packing. The flowers also looked as majestic as they showed on the site. The only thing I wish was they provided more food for the flowers (eg. a second pouch to use after 48 hours) to keep them fresher for longer.”

“Overall I was pleased with the service from Appleyard. Less pleasing was the fact that Yodel delivered the flowers at 10.15pm, when the recipient was getting ready for bed! I was tracking the package and had to telephone my friend to warn her she would be getting a delivery late at night, so therefore the surprise element was completely ruined. The rating is therefore not as high as it would have been, had the flowers been delivered at a reasonable time.”
