“Delivery etc was great. Product looked as though they had been “worn” as there was a mark on one of the T Shirts. Had to wash them all before wearing any.”

“I ordered a Carhartt jumper from Aphrodite. A few days after I had placed the order I received an email informing me that they didn't actually have the size they'd advertised, and asking if I'd accept a smaller size. I said no and requested a refund. This was processed quickly and efficiently which was fine. Maybe better to make sure that the advertised sizes are in stock, rather than inform customers that they're unable to fulfil orders. Not a terrible experience, however.”

“Competitive price for a pair of qualty shoes. Excellent order and delivery but disappointed with after sales service. Enquired about an issue with the shoes but to this day, no response or acknowledgement at all!”

“I ordered a Moncler Gui which in your description it says regular fit when actually it was slim fit. However my refund was done immediately on returning the item ( I’ll put it down to admin error on this occasion )”

“It took way too long (not the store's fault) but that is also an indicator of customer satisfaction. What was the store's fault was the wrong advice on the product page to take a larger size, which is now a cause for having the item expensively altered at a tailor's. So no, not most delighted. The Beacon Sports Jacket is an amazing item and the price was very good, so that is that. But the size advice was absolute rubbish. I can only imagine the size of British people for that to be useful but if you are an XL, don't size up! The arms length and width will make you look like someone who is wearing someone else's (a larger person's) clothes.”

“Returned something and got charged a £3.99 adjustment fee. Not sure what this is. Very random when most places provide free returns, which I see as a necessity with internet shopping. Will put me off purchasing again!!!”

“I cannot criticise the supplier, but the item seems to have issues, I bought this expensive Barbour dog coat, thinking it would be spot on, unfortunately it moves round the dogs body so every so often you have to reposition the coat on the dogs back, maybe due to only having 1 body strap to secure on the dog, have had cheaper coats in the past with no such issues but they did have 2 body straps, would not recommend this product.”

“Same Y3 classic hoodie , I order M size both for gray and black color. But the tag in gray is L black is M, the wired thing is I compare both , it same size. Future more , I compare with Y3 CH1 CPTM hoodie , the classic hoodie is much bigger”

“Ordered a moncler polo for the hubbie for christmas and wrapped it up as a surprise. The item ended up being too small and they don't do a bigger size. I then realised that you can only get your money back if it is returned within 14 days. £180 is now having to be spent on things he's not bothered about. Not good!”
