Customers are required to pay customs charges/Import duties which are calculated by the courier once the parcel reaches its destination country. We have no control over these charges, and cannot advise what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel before delivery can take place. The charges for customers are not from Aphrodite I'm afraid you would have to contact customs regarding this payment. I can see through the email thread from customer service that you wish to keep the jacket instead of returning it. Thank you once again for your time and understanding. Good Morning Lynn, Thank you for your review. I can see when you originally emailed to inform us that the tags had been left on in error, we sent over a return label so that we could safely remove the tags, and advised we would send the item straight back out on receipt. I again would like to apologise that the item was dispatched with the security tag attached, this was down to human error and should not have occurred and I’m very sorry that this has left a negative impact on your shopping experience with Aphrodite. Item was too small, I ordered this as I wanted another one (ordered from a different website) the item was smaller than the one I had, the style was exactly the same, the only difference was where it was made! I spent £10 on a tshirt that didn't fit even though I ordered my size, as I had to pay for delivery and return, wouldn't be using again

On 2/12/22 I sent back the XL polo shirt as it was too big and asked for an exchange to a Large… I used the return label given for the post office and obtained certificate of return… as at 14/12/22 I have neither had confirmation of my return nor received the Large exchange as requested despite several emails to yourselves .

Order some items and I be was the wrong size. I sent the items back a couple of weeks ago now and to this date have no idea when I will receive the new size. I have no way of being able to track where it is and no email correspondence on when I will receive.

Not a happy customer. I order a black/green wallet, even has black/green in receipt, which you can see has been checked yet I've received a black/red one instead!!

I was not sure of my size so I ordered a few sizes to ensure I got the right fitting. I returned the items that did not fit and had to pay for the returns. I think returns should be free like it is with most online stores

Bought some Gramicci G Pants which started falling apart in several places after less than a year of light use. Received a response from CS asking to send pics which I did, and despite chasing was told to keep waiting for an update which never came. Disappointed in the brand and this store - thought I was buying a quality item. Won't be using either again.

Hi, my order I wasn't so happy with as it was for Boss masks they couldn't be returned.. we measured with a tape measure before ordering and it was that the medium would suit and when arrived they are really really large on the face so they are absolutely no good to me at all so a total waste of money.. I honestly dont think the measurements are right when buying.... I really don't know who they would fit.. I'm sorry but a total waste of money for me....

One item didn’t feel authentic and the other item had a color issueS Color of shirt did not match what’s shown on website. Also, when returning, the shipment fee is almost the same price as the shirt I purchased.

Great product and delivery but disappointed to have a tax charge because a returned item dropped the total spend below £100 and then had to pay postage too! Wouldn’t have kept the other items had I known.

I'm very disappointed 😞 I received my order and open the package 🎁 in front of my friends, I find that APC sweater made at Romania when opening the cover a hair of female on it, it was very impresseing.

The delivery was so quick. However the trainers i received turned up with marks all over them. Albeit little marks they weren’t in pristine condition. Which was disappointing.
