“The item was as shown and expected but it didn’t fit me and to return it costs more than what I payed. $147.00 I’m in the United States.”

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to provide pre-paid returns labels, however this is something that we are looking into for the future. Regarding the returns postage, it is stated on our returns page that customers are liable for the return postage costs and this is available to read before placing your order. “The items quality and price are so good. I will be happy if they reply the email to me when I asked about clearance problem of FedEx. And also the package was not so special compared to other shops. I was not impressed.”

“A normal shop, with a small assortment, but good prices. One of the drawbacks due to which I cannot recommend this store to my friends is the delivery method by regular mail. I believe that $ 25 for a parcel to Russia, which weighs less than one kilogram, is unreasonably high.”

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, we are currently only able to use Royal Mail to ship to Russia and the cost is standard for international delivery. “The store is great, but delivery cost is too expensive. I didn’t know that for every additional 2 kilograms of the order, you have to pay the full cost of delivery (later I saw that this is indicated on the website) and I had to pay 10.5 GBP extra for the Adidas hoody for 35 GBP. This upset me, as the delivery came out much more expensive than I expected. I was not offered any other options. Also, a big surprise was the need to pay the customs fee when I took the order in Poland. I had to pay 140 (27 GBP) PLN for each parcel. This upset me a lot, because when I ordered from other UK stores there are no such fees (most likely the reason is the delivery method - Royal Mail). I cannot recommend the store to buyers from Poland, as the shipping cost is very high.”

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, we are currently only able to use Royal Mail to ship to Poland. For all International orders, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country, this is stated on the delivery page of our website. “Happy with my order? This is the second email I receive about it, and the parcel didn't arrive yet. Silly thing I suppose. On the top of this no one could tell me the extra cost to import the jacket in EU, now with the Brexit. About 50% of the price on the web, so not ideal, but never mind. It will be beneficial if you could tell in advance for exports.”

“My new boots arrived and I like the style and fit of, however there is a slight fault on the stitching of the boots. I have decided to to keep the boots as they are. Although I think most people would have sent them back. That said the service was really good.”

“I received my parcel within the specified time frame. I was extremely disappointed with the packaging considering this was a really expensive top- it was placed into a tatty bag that looked like it’d been used several times prior to it being used for my order and then put into a large cardboard box. Not really what I expected.”

“Good, arrived quickly and the boots are fantastic! Would be 5 stars if the returns policy wasn’t so tight (14 days) and if I didn’t have to arrange and pay the postage myself. Luckily, I’d done my research on Grenson and ordered the size down, so didn’t have to return them!”
