It took way too long (not the store's fault) but that is also an indicator of customer satisfaction. What was the store's fault was the wrong advice on the product page to take a larger size, which is now a cause for having the item expensively altered at a tailor's. So no, not most delighted. The Beacon Sports Jacket is an amazing item and the price was very good, so that is that. But the size advice was absolute rubbish. I can only imagine the size of British people for that to be useful but if you are an XL, don't size up! The arms length and width will make you look like someone who is wearing someone else's (a larger person's) clothes.
