I cannot criticise the supplier, but the item seems to have issues, I bought this expensive Barbour dog coat, thinking it would be spot on, unfortunately it moves round the dogs body so every so often you have to reposition the coat on the dogs back, maybe due to only having 1 body strap to secure on the dog, have had cheaper coats in the past with no such issues but they did have 2 body straps, would not recommend this product.
