Ordered some plastic wheels to be delivered by APC. Very little value and no option to ask to leave at door. They delivered twice, both times when our builders were at the house (outside and in plain sight); also bear in mind we live in middle of nowhere. Tried explaining all of this to customer services, simply said it was our fault, nothing to do with them and then hung up, yes really he hung up...... SERIOUSLY SERIOUSLY NEVER EVER EVER EVER use they people. Utterly aweful. Never got the wheels.

Ordered a set of alloy wheels Ordered a set of alloy wheels. The company used APC. They arrived the next day in perfect condition. The tracking app worked perfectly. Very happy

1 star for managing to secure big contracts. Where do I begin with this joke of a company. Delivery is made between 8-4 with no alert, just an email to say a card has been left. Log onto website to arrange re-delivery for the next available week day and wait in all day. No updates on the app (which needs to be downloaded). Call them to be told its arranged for the following day because the email (date available and selected on website) wasn't received in office hours. No way of knowing when delivery will turn up. Told to contact sender for any changes and the item will be returned in 3 days after 3 attempts. No way to obtain item except drive 40 minutes to nearest depot which is open 10-6 (I'm told I can collect my item). Then its a minimum 10 minute waiting time while they disappear into the warehouse. 25 mins later I'm told the item is out on the van and they agree to deliver at 6.30 that day. Surprise no delivery. Eventually my neighbour signs for it without my consent. Who knows what time because the app status hasn't changed.

Should be called over week, driver decided to put on system that he attempted to deliver, when I told them I have camera then they said he ran out of time, day after again no one, later no one answer at local depot.. complete rubbish service

I spent a lot of money with APC having 5 packages shipped NEXT DAY. One month later and NONE of the packages have arrived at their destination. Evidence so far suggests the packages never even made it out of the first depot. I still have to wait two more weeks for them to 'investigate' before I can start proceedings to claim on the insurance I paid extra for. I can't even get a refund on the next day fee I paid, even though if the packages do turn up they're a month late. There's also terrible customer service to top off the negligent service. Avoid at all costs.

Home delivery is supposed to be more convenient than high street shopping. This delivery company does not make that happen. We had to drive an hour each way to collect our parcel.

I would like to say tanks to Alex which helping me whit a lost parcel. He done everything to find my parcel even more,has come in person to check where delivery was made by the driver. Once again thank you Alex..you are doing very good job...I hope your bosses to appreciate this.

I arranged for a re-delivery. It never arrived I called them and they said the sender cancelled the re-delivery - this makes no sense - clearly they have operational/IT issues. Now it looks like I will either have to wait or make a 1 hour round trip.

I ordered some perishables form vokes, i asked if the parcel could be put behind the hedge out of the sun as i was out, when we arrived back the food delivery had been thrown over a 6 ft gate of which was locked! not impressed at all.luckily for apc the food was not damaged.

Had to give 1 star as no option to give no stars Ordered important materials from our supplier for install at Chelsea Flower Show, the so called 'next day delivery' took over a week, out of desperation we paid to upgrade to a before 9am delivery slot as Chelsea Flower Show, and the Queen wait for no courier!! the so called 'Before 9am' delivery arrived at 10.10am today, when challenged the driver said, "I'm on multi-drop, I ain't got time to drive in there!" so thanks to the poor attitude of the driver we have suffered time loss and extra expense, APC really need to do a review of their staff! Further materials we needed have been ordered with a different supplier that doesn't use APC

Dreadfully service they send out emails giving slots then just don't turn up. Paid for next day delivery on Monday and still no delivery today Friday. I too will not buy anything from any companies that use PAD in future

These drivers do not knock loudly enough. Two failed deliveries when we were in the house then we are expected to pay £11.00 for a further attempt. I will now reorder from a firm who doesn't use APC.

Terrible company. When making an order I ask if they use APC & if they do I cancel & find a supplier that uses professional couriers. Even Hermes who used to be the worst give easily accessible options direct to yor phone to leave in a safe place or with a neighbour. I spoke to a very apologetic member of staff once who described the management as Victorian. It's not the staff of drivers' fault.

As a company we offer various options to our customers, we have leave with neighbour, leave safe, Premium timed deliveries pre 9.00,10.00 and 12.00 and Saturday deliveries and also change of delivery address. However, as the sender is APC’s customer, we are bound to comply with their requirements, and to alter a service without their permission could leave APC liable for the goods. If we are asked to leave safe etc we would need permission from the sender. We apologise you feel the service is not as you had expected. Exemplary service, fish arrived in a timely fashion, the courier was knowledgeable and courteous, the whole process has been very easy and my fish appear healthy.

So, if I am never at home during work hours, how am I going to receive my parcel? Nobody is going to go all the way to ESSEX depot to pick up a parcel when you could of easily asked a neighbor to sign for it. Can't believe the company I made my purchase off is even using you guys as a primary delivery courier if you can't be flexible.

Order was scheduled for 30 April between 13.53 & 15.53. We were home all day, no driver showed and no communication. Contacted supplier who themselves contacted APC, they had no satisfaction on why delivery wasn’t completed. Expected delivery to be made first thing on 1st May and have just had text saying between 14.18 & 16.18, we will not be available to receive. Very poor customer service and communication. Original delivery driver should be reprimanded, his actions have sullied the name of a reputable supplier. If I could give ZERO stars I would

All delivered in very good time - earlier than I thought - the tracking number seemed to be stuck on number 1 and it was estimated I was number 10 therefore it was hard to estimate when the parcel would come - !!! just a blip on the tracking system today I suspect! Nice surprise when it arrived quite early! Beautifully packed all in good condition. A Friendly efficient driver also.
