I recieved and email from Amazon with a number where to call (I try to get that parcel delivered for about 2 weeks for now) I callled and they told me that the parcel dindn't get to them. And I ask how do they have a tracking number for a parcel that DOESN'T HAVE IT THE DEPOT? They check again and they said that they spoke with the driver and he can't deliver because no one home. And I told them "I'm at HOME and the DOOR is f**ing opened" so, don't sell me BS He put me on hold and they put their manager and he hang up the phone because i used the "F" word and he said he will send the parcel back. Where I can file a complain for those guys? His name is Jeff HE SPOKEN WITH ME LIKE HE WAS A GOD AND I WAS AN INSECT

Apc delivery driver was so rude and extremely uncalled-for...they tried to deliver parcel but I wasn't in they then tried to deliver a further two times both times I wasn't in. On my day off I was going to ring and arrange a delivery time I was in for. That morning at 08.00hrs there was a massive banging on my front window and a bloke shouted delivery, I answered the door and he said this is the fourth time ive been here to deliver this, I told him I couldn't help it if I was out only for him to say you were in yesterday your van was in ( I was walking my dog I told him and that I didn't expect to be spoken to this by a delivery company...there was a little more said but no apology for how he had been, absolutely disguised and I will be getting in touch with the company that used Apc...

Parcel was due to arrive OVERNIGHT, timed delivery, 10 DAYS later - still no parcel! Tracking number stated card left, attempted delivery next day but not in. There was NO attempted delivery, NO card was left (as claimed time all there working) NO CCTV evidence of their 'attempted' delivery. The address is easy to find, a local landmark building, you can't miss it and if you do anyone within 10 miles could tell you. I contacted APC who were disinterested and have still not responded. I tried via twitter, no response. After a few days, got through to local branch. The guy sounded like he had been asleep. very apathetic, couldn't really be bothered to breathe let alone help. Stated that they had it, but had no explanation as to why it had never left the depo for the past 10 days. Said he would see if he would get it delivered in the next few days if he could. I am not sure what happens if he can't. Farce of a service - another one for the receivers! Clear out the deadwood - they have no place.

Extremely unhelpful member of staff at the Hereford office, made worse by her telling me that she was the Managing Director. No interest in trying to accommodate my request for some idea of when my delivery would be made, just 'sometime today'. Accused me of being rude and hung up the phone when I was unsympathetic about her problems of recruiting and retaining drivers, which I didn't accept as having any bearing on my request for an approximate delivery time. Appalling customer service.

For two times they pretended to have tried to delivered the parcel but no one came, they left no cardboard or anything. They rarely reply at phone calls or email. Is the worst company for deliveries I had to deal with, by far. After several phone calls one guy replied and was extremely impolite, I can't believe how unprofessional they are.

Courier apparently tried to deliver package when I'm working from home and was awaiting other packages which got delivered. They said a card was left but never seen one. No SMS/email notifications. No signs on the building in Edinburgh where the reception is. Staff wearing completely different company logos on their jackets. While am always keen to support new or developing businesses unfortunately not this one. It's not hard to print out signs to let customers know where to go or implement cheaper email notifications even if it has to be done manually by someone to improve service and reputation. I would no choose this company for my business not matter how much money they'd save me.

Absolutely useless. Told to put item on pallet which I did. Driver said they couldn't accept a pallet and took the items loose (they were all addressed). next day driver returned to collect a second time. I told him he had already collected. day 3 he returns and says he has a delivery. No, they are not coming here, they are going to scotland as the address label states. Day 4 he returns with them again, and I again told him they were going to scotland. he swears at me and takes the items away. Day 5 the driver returns yet again. This time he says the depot rejected them because they were not shrink wrapped. He hands me a roll of wrap. I tell him to hold on as it'll take me just a minute to wrap them. he says no and tells me to rebook. 5 minutes later I'm on the phone and rebooked. Day 6 and no collection. Day 7 I phone again and I'm told they are not booked for collection and he can't help me. Can you book them for me? No! you'll have to phone back later. This company is worse than useless.

Rubbish! Stuck in courier stone-age!!! While other courier companies have the consideration and courtesy these days to REALISE that people can't be expected to STAY IN ALL DAY for one parcel and so they often send a text - for example - with a one-hour delivery slot, THIS company prefers to inconvenience the customer by making them wait in all day with NO indication of when the parcel will arrive!!! As it stands, I decided to stay in on this particular day to wait for my parcel which I specifically wanted to receive that day! An urgent errand turned up and I had to go out for - maximum! - 20mins. I decided to put a note on my door to ask the courier (should he appear) to place the parcel behind my - open - patio gate. I got back to discover that - yes - the courier arrived in the short period I was out! NOT ONLY did he decide NOT TO LEAVE my parcel as instructed, but he LEFT MY FRONT GATE WIDE OPEN!!! It's a heavy wooden gate. If the wind catches it, there's a risk that the hinges could be damaged! These people shopuld be sent to college to learn: i. Common sense ii. How to successfully and courteously SHUT FRONT GATES! I had to put in a complaint with the vendor of the items I'd purchased. Unlikely that in future I'll buy from the same company if they use THIS courier again!

DO NOT USE APC HEREFORD -We had consignments go "missing" or damaged and APC Hereford depot DO NOT compensate for additional carriage costs incurred for replacement or collect costs Email received from KIRSTY SUZANNE ORR, APC's very rude and arrogant Hereford branch director "Unfortunately we do not meet the cost of either the original consignment or the replacement nor do we offer free of charge collections for damaged goods as we ourselves are not able to obtain reimbursement from APC Overnight." We emailed APC Head Office CEO, Jonathan Smith and Andy Taylor, Network Director asking them to investigate / intervene and at the same time question if it is APC Company policy not to cover any additional carriage costs due to their negligence, surely it is not legal what APC Hereford state that they accept no liability for additional carriage costs?? Without notice APC closed our account today because we questioned this and STILL NO RESPONSE from head office - DISGUSTING AND DISGRACEFUL HOW THEY TREAT BUSINESS CUSTOMERS

I ordered Warners Hotel gift vouchers for my father-in-laws 80th birthday, the same day he'll be having an op for bowel cancer. We thought it would give him something to look forward to. Had a 'missed delivery' card on Monday which was fair enough because I was at work. I went online to arrange delivery for yesterday (Tues, my day off). I emailed early in the morning to see if they could give me a time and was told roughly between 2pm-4pm. Fine, I popped out for an hour, came home at 1,30pm to find an attempted delivery card had been left 12.54!. Rang depot - desperately needed this delivery today (wednesday). I mentioned it could be sent to me work address because I wouldn't be home until 1pm. Was told it wouldn't be until after 1pm anyway. Great I thought - but to make sure I left a note on the door 'Please don't try and deliver before 1pm' Arrived home to yet another card, attempted deliver 12.01pm with a note from the driver 'MY DAY VARIES FROM DAY TO DAY SORRY - CONTACT SENDER'. Well you know what, so does mine but I'd arranged my last two days to be home for the times I was told. I've paid for this service, kept to my part of the bargain and been home at stated times. No idea when they'll arrive now and even if they do it's too late. What dreadful service - the worse I've come across from any courier. Warners would be better sticking to Royal Mail recorded or e-vouchers, and I've told them so.

A pc customer service is appauling just lost half a days wages due to rushing home from work early as was told driver would try to deliver after lucnch to find out he had already been and if I want my parcel I need togo to the depot would be great if I knew where it was or leave with a neighbour as long as they don't work if not will be sent back to sender I myself will be telling sender I will not be buying off them again if they use this courier disgusted customer

My second parcel to go missing now with APC. I have spent the last 2 days trying to sort it out and the staff couldn't be bothered to help. All I get is " fill in our online complaints form". Not good enough for me as they have damaged 2 separate businesses due to one parcel being stolen from staff members in house!!. Don't use there's people use Intelink Xpress instead. They may be slightly more expensive but you get what you pay for. It's not worth the time and effort with APC. They don't take responsibility for their actions. If you have experienced any issues so far with APC contact the board of directors or the CEO Jonathan Smith. Detas and address on companies house.
