Delivery tracking claimed item delivered, telephone conversation with depot where adamant item delivered and furthermore driver had photographic proof of item left on doorstep (wrong house btw). Only on hearing me say I’ll check our cctv system did they then say sorry driver would be back within 10minutes. Despite twice initially saying delivered and have proof of delivery etc. Fed another lot bs on phone after lodging online complaint, they had said was attempted delivery etc. Seriously something amiss with this company and still firmly in our opinion had we not have told them we had cctv we would not have received jewellery item. Dishonest

Absolutely worst delivery service going four days it was out for delivery on the van so stuck in for 4 days no attempt to deliver and all I got from the depot was it's on the van these are in the dark ages compared to other couriers absolutely shocking service

APC drivers are thieves and will go to the GPS coordinate scan said parcel and then take the item for their gross greedy selves. ALL the staff will lie to cover one another’s back. Do not trust this company and here’s hoping they go bankrupt

Just 'missed' my delivery and had a little bit of card under the flat door to say I didn't answer the door when there was no attempt to knock the door, ring the doorbell downstairs at the block entrance, ring my phone or even shout through the door?!?! yet as soon as I 'missed the delivery' I get about 5 emails and texts saying i can rebook it for another date when I'm in?! livid isn't close, I was pleasantly surprised when it was going to be a quick delivery and now i'll have to be watching out the window all day on the delivery date for the supposed 'attempt' to deliver my package. Understandably I get that this is the drivers fault and other people at the company may do their best but whichever idiot tried to deliver the package is letting this company down big style.

It was difficult to even offer this company 1 star as they don’t even deserve that. Horrific delivery service. We own a bar which given the current circumstances is closed and we’ve had a very challenging 8 months. At this moment we have 16, yes 16!!! Boxes of cans that have been failed to be delivered by APC and are now being returned back to the senders. That’s money that we’ve paid out of our account already with the intention to sell, and are now not able to. We have called APC numerous times to ask them if they could give us a call when they’re nearby or are at the bar, it would take us 5 minutes to get there if we weren’t there already. Instead I receive emails to say the delivery has been closed/carded however on arrival at the bar there hasn’t even been a card put through the door. We’re not convinced that drivers are even attempting delivery. Other delivery services such as DPD and DHL have been fantastic, great delivery drivers and absolutely no issues at all. Other couriers we use are happy to call to check we’re there and if we’re not then we get to them in less than 5 minutes which they’re happy with. I’m now in the process of collecting feedback from other bar owners and breweries and will be taking this further. The hospitality industry has suffered massively due to COVID 19 and it’s not fair for us to suffer even more due to a delivery company that simply cannot do their job properly.

Their tracking system just doesn't work, neither does their menu on the phone system. My last two deliveries with them did not show up on the day it should have, and the tracking info just became unavailable with no information as to what was happening.

Paid for next DAY delivery. Got a text saying packages would be arriving between 18:51 and 20:51 . I would not consider late evening a next day service. At precisely 19:51 I got a text saying delivery attempted but nobody in, card left. This is untrue. There were two of us in, both working, no music or television on. We would have heard a knock at the door and the dogs would have started barking as soon as the front gate was opened. In addition to that we live in a cul de sac and my home office looks out over the resedential road which is very quiet. No vehicle came down the road at all during the period they claim to have delivered because we are in national lockdown and everyone is indoors. No response to the phone line and next available slot for delivery is in 2 days. Would definitely never use this company again , which I had read the reviews before using them.

Staff are rude, not helpful, delivery 7 before I got my parcel, even then I had to contact the sender. Louise cook is no help at all, all delivery drivers don’t even attempt to come and deliver. Very very very very bad experience I’ve had with them. I hope no one ever uses their service

Literally Hermes 2.0. As a key worker with endless hours I’d like to just simply receive a parcel when I’m meant to do it can be enjoyed on my days off. 2 days they were meant to deliver it. Twice they were 2 stops away from my destination. This company is a joke and your drivers and clearly skiving fiends who don’t give a damn about the service they provide. An utter joke I’d probably have had better luck with Hermes. I get told my parcel is at my local depot and now somehow it’s not there it’s at some other depot. This company is just full of excuses that are endless it is truly disgraceful and I wish I had never ordered using them as the stress I’m enduring just to get a simple TV is beyond ridiculous. I don’t ask for much and I don’t like to complain but I’ve never experienced such shambles with a delivery company in my life. Disgraceful. Would give 0 stars if possible as even customer service is whack.

Tracking app said it had been delivered and signed for by me but I wasn't even in, my fiance waited in all day and nothing arrived so rang the customer service line and after an hour waiting I decided to leave it until the next day. Luckily my neighbour had it she came round and told me the delivery guy basically threw it at her. So not only did your delivery guy go to the wrong house he then took it upon himself to sign my name for the parcel. Would never use apc again absolutely shocking.

Failed to deliver an item on two occasions, despite me being home. when I call the number I do not get through to a person and eventually, it hangs up. on the tracking information, it claims that delivery was attempted and carded either though neither of these things are true. My house was not buzzed and I was not given a "sorry we missed you card". can't get through to them by email or phone. what kind of company is this?

A delivery that turned up 7 hours before it was meant to. A website to rearrange that doesn't work Nobody answering phone calls. So know way of rearranging Thanks a bunch

Terrible delivery company, I waited in all day to recieve my package and they didn't turn up even though they sent me a text saying the package would be delivered between 12 and 2pm, then I waited again for the second day and again still turn up, when I rang the depot to fi d out where it was the lady Abby said he wasn't delivering and the time slots that were text are just automated and don't mean anything, I tried to get them to deliver to my neighbour or new address I even said I would go meet the dri er or have him call me but they were not Interested in helping in any way. STAY CLEAR OF THIS LOGISTICS COMPANY, THEY LIKE TO SAY THEY ARE THE BEST IN WHAT THEY DO BUT THEY ARE 100% NOT. THE DRIVERS THE STAFF SUCH AS Abby and Lee are useless. Be warned!!!!!!

The company was unable to deliver my package for 1 week as I work until 3pm daily. Every day for a week I have been calling asking to come after 3pm. In response, I hear "ok". The shipment cannot be delivered to a neighbor. This company is a joke. I have already applied for a refund from the sender. The depot is closed and no one is answering the emials

Well its a good laugh thats for sure. I should begin once upon a time !! Had a text on the 28th saying my parcel was coming after 2pm was in from 1.30 when it got to 4.45 i checked my emails to find they had come at 12.54 and left a card but no they didn't NO CARD Rearranged over their wedsite for it to be delivered on the 29th but had to ring them again to be told it hadnt gone through for some reason so they would deliver Friday by 4pm chased at 3pm to see if it was still coming oh yes i was assured the driver was still on his way but he had been at stop 42 for nearly 2 hours. Rang yet again at 4.45 to be told he had broken down so i wasn't getting my parcel. Rang the company i had purchased from they updated to a Saturday delivery for me . It didn't arrive then either. 2 November received a text say it was coming today so when i rung they said the van had broken down so I said dont give me that again so it was changed to a flat tyre. Not holding my breath for the delivery that should be taking place tomorrow. GAVE 1 STAR BECAUSE YOU CANT GIVE NONE.

I was out when my delivery came. I knew what the parcel was and contacted the office local branch. When I told them what it was and how special this parcel was. The driver came back within 15 mins of my call. I can't thank them enough. This to me today was a very kind and thoughtful thing to do. Many thanks APC.

The service is substandard and the customer services is poor-quality. I would in the future tell friend and family member not to us this APC Overnight. There are better delivery companies who respect there customer.
