I ordered a tv from Appliances Direct on 17th December and paid for next day delivery. We waited in all day and I telephoned Appliances Direct to complain that it had not been delivered so they refunded the courier cost. I attempted to contact APC on 19th December and after 147 attempts to get a connection, I gave up. On Monday 21st December I again tried to telephone and after 17 attempts eventually spoke with somebody at 09.00. I was told that the driver had run out of time so took it back to the depot and was told that they were putting it on the van and I should get in within 30 to 45 minutes. 12.30 came and no tv so I phoned them again and they contacted the driver who said he had left it at no 12 as there was nobody in. We checked with number 12 and it was not there. The driver then said that he had left it at another address. Because of this I told them to return the tv as i was refusing delivery. I contacted Appliances Direct and they contacted APC and were told that it was still in the depot so I told them to cancel the order and refund my money. At 7.30 that evening I received a telephone call from a gentleman that it had been delivered to his address which is about a mile from my home. Although Appliances Direct have not yet received the tv, they have refunded my money. I will in future check which courier company my order is to be delivered by and if it id APC I will purchase from another source. Perhaps their drivers should wear Stetsons as they are the biggest cowboy outfit I have ever come across.

Use any other delivery COURIER than this poor excuse for a company. Tracking is useless,customer service.......What customer service,they just leave the phones to ring and ring. How can you possibly be at position 1 for 40 minutes? My overnight parcel is now 2 weeks late and APC just don't give a sh*t. APPALLING doesn't even come close.

I would strongly recommend you do not use Apc Overnight. They delivered the package to the wrong address. As I was not expecting this package, I would not have either been aware or got this gift without the kindness of a porter. I rang Apc Overnight customer service twice to bring this matter to their attention. Both conversations were confrontational. An apology was not forthcoming and the explanation covid was unsatisfactory.

Absolutely appalling service, complete joke. Had an email from APC to say I'd had a package delivered - Nothing turned up. Could have been anything, as I had many parcels turning up over Christmas and the email gave no parcel numbers/further details to check. Tried to call APC, no answer. Contacted them by email, no answer. Dawned on me there was a possibility it could be some live crickets I ordered for my reptiles - Checked with cricket company, yes it was. Searched all around the building for this parcel, no one has seen it. There is an estate office on the ground floor, purely on a hunch I checked through the letterbox - There was my parcel, with a huge label on it saying 'Fragile, live insects', on the doormat of an office that is now closed for god knows how long over Christmas. Absolute idiots. Call the people who own the office, sorry they can't come out and won't be open now until after Christmas. Neighbours all rallied round, luckily someone was able to get in touch with a director who happens to live on site, who, thank god, happened to have a key. Finally at 3PM on the second afternoon, the package was in my hands. Disgusting run around from a shameful company, and I never did hear back from customer service regarding my original email. Have contacted the company the insects came from to let them know about this utter fiasco, and to not use this ridiculous company again. Thank you.

My parcel arrived eventually 3 days later!! The late delivery of this item cost us our weekend away which we had to cancel at a cost of £350 Because of this useless courier firm So avoid using it like the virus 🦠

Courier came once and I was out. I arranged a redelivery two days after. The courier never came. I repeatedly had to chase, had two more lies from their customer service agents where they promised me the parcel would be delivered and I still don’t have it. It is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with and I advise retailers not to use them. I would never order from a company that uses APC to deliver again. They are not fit for purpose.

On 11th December I sent a package via APC overnight using their "fragile" service having dropped it in to the Glasgow Depot. On the 14th December it was recorded as being at Depot 83 a mile away from its final destination. As of today (24th December) it has still not arrived. Depot 83 recorded it as "closed/carded" on the 14th despite someone being in at the delivery address all that day. The package contained all the Christmas presents for my daughter's family and despite repeated calls and emails APC have done nothing nor offered an explanation. If anyone in APC reads this it was consignment 0001872.

Absolutely the worst courier company I have ever dealt with. As well as failing to deliver my package the one time I managed to speak to someone, they lied about a scheduled date which meant I wasted another day waiting in for the package. The depot then wouldn’t answer any calls or correspondence which resulted in yet more time wasted chasing my tail. Avoid like the plague - a logistics company who don’t understand the meaning of the word. Truly the worst of the worst. Zero stars would be more appropriate and I still haven’t had my package.

Food parcel, perishable, finally left on doorstep on 23rd Dec, 6 days late, no excuse, it was correctly labelled, including recipients address and ph onenumber and instructions to refrigerate. From their "tracking" it seems that APC had no idea where it was for 5 days. Useless tracking system. So £50 worth of lovely food arrived inedible and went straight in the bin.

Perishable items already a day late and now flagged as delivered on the website, but we have not received them, or a card through the door. Over two hours on hold to the call centre. I look forward to the generic cut & paste response from their customer services that appears on every bad review, probably: "Good Afternoon I am very sorry to hear of these issues. Please fee free to email us, along with the delivery address and the consignment number so that we can look into this for you." I have already emailed them with this information.

What an absolute waste of a company, honestly I do not get how the owner hasn’t declared bankruptcy yet. It is so frustrating that a company cannot deliver a parcel, called head office about 50 times only to get someone answer the phone and say “ Who are you?”. My parcel has been sitting at the depot for the past 4 days, after answering the phone was told that parcel was on it’s way to me, however still waiting for it.

Order due to be delivered 3 weeks ago. I have now obtained a refund from the supplier. This is after multiple emails to supplier, phone calls to APC-generally spoken to in a very rude tone telling me how busy they are (I am a nurse so believe me I appreciate 'busy' and the forms it takes), days off wasted spent indoors waiting for the promised delivery, lies saying they called when we were in and no evidence left that they had called. Tracking system doesn't work. Agree with previous reviewers they are cowboys. Worst service ever.

Food hamper still not delivered 3 days after scheduled. Phone, e-mails unanswered, tracking system hopeless. Luckily hamper company have been brilliant and sorted out a replacement. Avoid apc at all costs

Having had a few deliveries via APC as the frozen item I require is only sent through them, I've had most of them never turn up or turn up late, defrosted and completely useless. To this day I've never been able to speak to the company. It is rude and unprofessional to leave all the responsibility of their incompetence to the company I brought the item off. You're the delivery company, sort yourself out.

Guaranteed 24 hr delivery of fresh meat failed to arrive on Friday. Promised to deliver Saturday. On the van but couldn't be bothered to drive to do the delivery. Worst courier company there is. Just use Hermes instead- they are friendly and reliable! Hopefully APC will meet their deserved fate and go bust SOON and we can all move on with our lives.

Worst service ever ever experienced Sent a £300 parcel never got delivered still-to this day no one can answer where it is -paid for overnight service what a joke! They take no responsibility at local depot , was told NOT to email as they are too busy too respond - could not get through to anyone at any depot as they were all working from home alleged and busy - 100 percent AVOID this company have a good mind to take legal action Not even a call back total rubbish company to deal with

Arranged collection and delivery of a bike. The collection was arranged over a week in advance and on the day of collection they never turned up. Eventually late the next day someone picked up the bike which, according to their service description, would be delivered the following day. Needless to say it wasn't, nor the day after that and that was a Friday so it's now not going to be delivered until Monday, if I am lucky. That's 5 days late at best. APC are the carrier used by bikedelivery.co.uk so I would not recommend their service at all. You can't contact APC outside of 9-5 Mon-Fri so by the time the delivery window of 8-6 has passed there is no way to find out what's happening until the following day. Rubbish service to avoid like the plague.

Had an email stating my item had been delivered which clearly isn’t the case. Spent the rest of the day trying to track and contact APC but to no avail. Have found my whole experience extremely frustrating and unsatisfactory. The item was an expensive Christmas gift so will now have to purchase a replacement item and spend days trying to be reimbursed with my loss. I would certainly not recommend this company to anyone
