“Unfortunately I was at work for the first attempted delivery, so I had to rebook my delivery date, so I chose a day when I would be at home! However another attempted delivery was made a day early (Why?) So back on the phone to ensure my items were put back out for delivery on the day I first requested, why do you give delivery times? Sat at home throughout the delivery time that I was given just to get a text 10 minutes before the end of my 2 hour wait saying that delivery was attempted and no one was in! Another phone call to the depot to get the driver to return as could only be 2 minutes away, APC showed me photos of the attempted deliveries however could not send one of the time I was at home, now today been at home for over 10 hours waiting for a redelivery and a dozen phone calls and still no parcels. First of all your company is in breach of its contract with the sender, secondly you are also in breach of your contract in the service that you offer the receiving customer. If you wish to check this out my consignment number is 6973. So now I will have another day ruined waiting for your incompetence staff, to deliver my parcels!”

“An APC parcel was dumped on my doorstep whilst i was receiving a grocery delivery. It was not for me and address 200 yards from me. I am self-isolating so I can't take it to the right address, I called the APC number on the parcel. They said I had to call another number as it was a different company involved. I called this number for 30 mins and then called the APC number again. A very rude woman called Corina refused to help and said I had to stay ringing the number. I've never known such a rude response from a delivery firm in my life. I find it shocking that APC relinquish all responsibility for an incorrectly delivered parcel. Who on earth would want to use APC when there are so many other good delivery firms around. Appalling!!”

“Awful company. You may as well not send anything as the items are never delivered. They stated attempted delivery two weeks ago. I was in. No card, nothing. Everyday called up arranged delivery with each day an excuse as to why they can't deliver from mis-sorted to missed off the can etc. Two weeks and no item....a very needed item at that. Many email confirmations of delivery yet nothing”

“In honesty, this company doesn’t even deserve a 1 star rating. Was given delivery slot of 2 hours. Despite staying in all day, no one ever came to my front door, yet somehow status is that the parcel was delivered during the promised delivery window. Have tried to call, but no luck. Waited over 3 hours and managed to get from queue position no 11 to 1, but noone very answered my call - can only assume the 10 people in front of me gave up as well...... Sent email and message through the “contact us” function on their website - with same result”

“The most incompetent delivery service I have EVER had. APC are a joke. Two weeks my parcel had spent in a delivery depot in Doncaster, and if I had'nt chased it up, it would be still there now. The parcel was returned to the Seller in Manchester with no damage to it and zero explanation as to why it was returned to Seller and not to me. How any Company with an ounce of credibility can use these idiots is beyond me. Warning to others is, make sure your Seller doesnt use these Clowns as their Couriers. you will be sorry.”

“Absolutely useless. I received a text on Thursday saying my parcels would be delivered between 4pm and 6pm but they failed to arrive. I emailed them no reply. I started to call them on Friday morning at 9:30 it was permanently engaged, they finally answered at 2:15 and then I was told it was not out for delivery that day. They said they would arrange for it to be delivered today (Monday) but nothing turned up. The tracking app, which has not been updated since Thursday, is now saying my items have been returned to the sender. I would never buy anything from a company who use this incompetent firm as their couriers.”

“Placed an order the 27th November on a Next Day Delivery service. Order not received 30th Nov, been chasing package for days. Advised would be dispatched for delivery 4th Dec PRE 10am, (No Show) Advised they would get out on Sat 5th Dec PRE 12pm (No Show) Currently still no answers to when, where or why they are incapable of providing a service they so called provide! 10 days and still no package!”

“Consignment number 0003389. Received email to say would be delivered between 7am and 2pm. So stayed in all day. Not yet received. Local depot say it hasn't even arrived there. Can't tell me if it could be delivered tomorrow. Sender informed me this was a named day delivery. No contact from apc.”

“Terrible customer service. Tried to rearrange delivery four times. First three times I was told it was re-booked for delivery, but it didn't turn up. Fourth time, I rang to try to arrange again and hung on phone for 15 minutes until I was at the top of the queue and then I was cut off! I have told the company I bought the item from that I no longer want it and they can deal with APC.”
