Was given a delivery window 13:09 to 15:09. Receive a message 12:46 telling me that delivery was attempted. Both me & my partner were home & they didn’t ring the bell, there’s no ‘sorry we missed you card’ either. I doubt they even got out the car. APC Overnight is the single worst delivery provider I’ve ever worked with. Last time this supplier used their services they lied about attempting delivery 3 times & the parcel was sent back meaning I had to pay through the nose to have the parcel re-sent through a better courier. Don’t even get me started on their tracking & website interfacing. Avoid at all costs, if you value your customers sanity or your professional reputation.

Horrible experience! I suppose to resieve my order today, I was at home and sat by my livingroom window( my sofa is next to it)doing nothing, I saw a man in high wiz taking picture of my house and quickly walked off, I was suspicious and wanted to ask what is he doing but he was gone too far. 15 mins later I resieved an email saying that they have attempted to deliver my parcel and noone was in. I immediately called office and explained everything and they said that that is impossible as their drivers get paid for delivered deliveries only, women was polite but made me feel like I was lying. No leaflet was left or anything. My parcel was big 9kg bag of hay and I live off the road so driver would have to walk a little bit with it as you cant stop next to house. I guess he just couldn't be bothered to carry. No I had to wait 2 days for my parcel. Its horrible that their couriers dont ever attempt to deliver.

Complete waste of time. I've paid for next day delivery. Driver is filling scammed reports with delivery attempts. No card was left no sign of driver too despite the fact I was present in the property. Total waste of time

Received a text with 2 hour delivery window, no parcel arrived, called the depot and apparently driver attempted delivery and left a card - this definitely didn't happen. Parcel would be redelivered the next day - waited in all day and not parcel yet again. It would definitely be delivered the next day- nothing again and it hadn't even gone out for delivery due to a problem scanning my postcode- obviously didn't have this problem on the first day when they supposedly attempted delivery! Was asked if they could deliver the next (4th) day - I'd had enough of waiting in all day so decided to collect parcel myself, where I was left waiting for over 10 minutes at the depot in Portsmouth to then have my parcel dumped at the office door with damaged packaging and no apology. Bearing in mind this parcel was in fact worth a lot of money (£1500) and I'd paid a £45 delivery charge. I checked inside the parcel and got asked what are you doing that for? Absolutely dreadful experience from start to finish

Ordered a parcel next day. Said it was delivered. It wasn’t was ‘left on the van’ supplier contacted them, they promised deliver on Saturday and would txt me to confirm. No txt, no delivery. Now Sunday (and a week later on an overnight service). Don’t know what to do, they have my goods. 0002855

Why is there no 0 stars button??? I arrived home to a card, saying I'd missed a parcel. I asked for it to be re-delivered on a Wednesday when someone was home (Saturday wasn't an option as that would be far too convenient for the public). They redelivered on the Thursday when no-one was home. I tried calling and was 2nd in the queue for 35 minutes, presumably while the staff were filing their nails and watching NetFlix, so I hung up and send an email. The response was polite, to be fair, and they assured me it was coming later in the week and they'd give it to a neighbour if I wasn't in. Another card was left through the door ... no parcels left. I phoned again (they were polite tbf) and it was DEFINITELY coming on the Friday and would DEFINITELY be given to a neighbour if I wasn't in ... APC never visited again. They have one job - delivering. They're sh*t at it. I've no idea what this parcel even is, but I hope the sender chooses a dead carrier pigeon next time; it would be 100% more effective.

Redditch depot are a shocking outfit.. Never deliver when the track confirms there meant too... I actually worked for this company for a few months and left as its so poorly run... Still working from paper and the whole process is 10 years out of date.. The company will never evolve as they only employ friends or family and ppl that have never done the job, cause ppl who have done courier work make them aware how bad and poor there whole set up is

They get the medal for the worst delivery outfit, I have ever encountered. my item was to be delivered on Wed/Thur - no times given, you are just supposssed to just sit behind the door, tracking is useless, Thursday night I managed to find the local depot it was being held in, and emailed them, the manager said it would be delivered next day Friday, again waited, again no show. I then emailed them and said I would not be able to take delivery now till the next Wednesday, as like most people I have a life. I heard nothing back. I emailed the compay I bought it from, and explained the situation, telling them, if it was not delivered next Wednesday, then I would be cancelling my order, on the tuesday I had to come home to pick something up, and low and behold this company rang the bell to deliver, very fortunate I was there. This was a new wooden bed frame, the new mattress had arrived the day after I ordered it, and I was left with a new mattress blocking the hallway for 10 days. before I order anything again, I shall be checking with the company to see which delivery service they use, if its Apc - I'll shop elsewhere, couldn't give no stars,

APC failed to deliver a boiler part that I paid £12 next day delivery for. They are now telling me I won't get it till Monday 14th despite the part being despatched on Thurs 10th. Absolute shocking customer service from both a man and lady that I spoke with. If you have a choice of courier service avoid these lot!

It's really easy to sum this company up with one word "CRAP". Online tracking is "CRAP", trying to get through on the phone (waited over an hour on the phone, in a queue. Yes, I actually had the patience to wait but the best bit, I gave up after an hr as my patience finally ran thin) so customer service "EVEN CRAPPIER". You're better off driving to wherever it is (however far)your item is being delivered from than dealing with this "CRAP". I hope to never, ever deal with this company ever again and my thoughts are with those who are currently using this "SHAMBOLIC" company!!!

Went on to track on the 10th December saying at depot, went on this morning no sight of my parcel what so ever, I have absolutely no idea were my parcel is. Really not good, I now have to contact the seller and cancel order as it is expensive and cant afford to be without the parcel. Its the first time I have heard of apc and with the looks of the reviews it will be the last time I hear of them, never again

Unfortunately I was at work for the first attempted delivery, so I had to rebook my delivery date, so I chose a day when I would be at home! However another attempted delivery was made a day early (Why?) So back on the phone to ensure my items were put back out for delivery on the day I first requested, why do you give delivery times? Sat at home throughout the delivery time that I was given just to get a text 10 minutes before the end of my 2 hour wait saying that delivery was attempted and no one was in! Another phone call to the depot to get the driver to return as could only be 2 minutes away, APC showed me photos of the attempted deliveries however could not send one of the time I was at home, now today been at home for over 10 hours waiting for a redelivery and a dozen phone calls and still no parcels. First of all your company is in breach of its contract with the sender, secondly you are also in breach of your contract in the service that you offer the receiving customer. If you wish to check this out my consignment number is 6973. So now I will have another day ruined waiting for your incompetence staff, to deliver my parcels!

An APC parcel was dumped on my doorstep whilst i was receiving a grocery delivery. It was not for me and address 200 yards from me. I am self-isolating so I can't take it to the right address, I called the APC number on the parcel. They said I had to call another number as it was a different company involved. I called this number for 30 mins and then called the APC number again. A very rude woman called Corina refused to help and said I had to stay ringing the number. I've never known such a rude response from a delivery firm in my life. I find it shocking that APC relinquish all responsibility for an incorrectly delivered parcel. Who on earth would want to use APC when there are so many other good delivery firms around. Appalling!!

Awful company. You may as well not send anything as the items are never delivered. They stated attempted delivery two weeks ago. I was in. No card, nothing. Everyday called up arranged delivery with each day an excuse as to why they can't deliver from mis-sorted to missed off the can etc. Two weeks and no item....a very needed item at that. Many email confirmations of delivery yet nothing

In honesty, this company doesn’t even deserve a 1 star rating. Was given delivery slot of 2 hours. Despite staying in all day, no one ever came to my front door, yet somehow status is that the parcel was delivered during the promised delivery window. Have tried to call, but no luck. Waited over 3 hours and managed to get from queue position no 11 to 1, but noone very answered my call - can only assume the 10 people in front of me gave up as well...... Sent email and message through the “contact us” function on their website - with same result
