I usually just reorder the same product elsewhere and ignore these guys. They don't deliver to the neighbour or a safe place no matter what. I offered a letter saying that I take full responsibility, they are just rude and don't care. I work the whole week so it's impossible for me to get a delivery from them. For important deliveries I tell the sender not to use these guys. They are more than 20 miles away, last time I went there to pick something up they didn't want to hand it over because my passport wasn't enough, they wanted 2 types of proof. Very annoying.

Hello Lars, we are sorry to hear of your customer experience. Should you wish to have your item left safe, permission would need to be obtained from the sender as they are our customer. We can only deliver an item as per their instructions. Once, we have received approval to leave safe we can then do this for you. To collect an item from a depot, you would need to take I.D with you that shows the delivery address the item is being delivered to. We understand customers lead busy lives and apologise the service was not what you expected it to be on this occasion. Earlier today i phoned there customer service team. I believe the representative was a female. I was enquiring about my item which should of been delivered weeks ago, that I hadn’t received yet. I was horrified at the response I got. I was belittled and made out to be a liar. This upset me and caused me a lot of stress and with being pregnant this was awful. I’ve never been spoken to in this manner by anyone that deals with enquires and customer care. There was no Care in her voice what so ever. She then proceeded to say a woman called such and such had signed for it at my address. I was confused and clearly my mind was like who is this woman and why is she signing for my deliveries outside my house. Confused and upset with the woman on the phone stating 'i can see on our GPS it was delivered to your door! Blah blah blah. I was deeply upset. Now luckily after crying to my sister she then explained to me that a woman at the same number house on a different street next to us goes by that name. How bazaar. I then phoned back and was put through to a male member of the customer service team. He spoke with a calm voice and dealt with my enquiry with excellence, empathy and care.

Shame you cant leave no starts, Item paid to deliver next day and posted in the morning, The place of delivery only 20 miles away. Call them next day all i get not getting delivered today. No sorries no apologies. Unprofessional and unreliable just shows why they have 1 star review.

Useless! I have taken the day off work specifically to wait for this important delivery. I live in a ground floor apartment and the driver has definitely not been to my door otherwise id have heard it. I popped outside to take the bins out and noticed the card half hanging out my letter box saying id missed them? As I came to the depot in Nottingham to resolve the issue, standing with me was another dissatisfied customer waiting, from the same postcode as me, we were both met by an extremely rude and dismissive manager. Disgusting service and a complete waste of time. Fortunately, after some arguing and me demanding she contact the driver as I would be happy to meet him on his route to get my package if necessary, she did eventually concede and contact the driver to redeliver. In his defence, he did not complain and was polite and friendly when he arrived. Would much rather have avoided this entire scenario in the first place though. This is not the first time this has happened with APC Overnight, yet no other delivery service seems to struggle with delivering items to me. I have no idea how they are still in business and wish there was an option for zero stars!

I wish that i could give zero stars, what a useless company, whoever covers their Surrey area should be put out of business. Almost every time they miss the deadline, not by minutes but by days, with more excuses that days in the year. I have now stopped using suppliers that choose to use APC as their preferred courier company. I'll be glad when companies like this become extinct, they are dinosaurs in a modern world.

worst service ever! I waited in all morning - then spotted a card through the letterbox saying they had tried to deliver at 12.38. However I then checked my emails and they had managed to "try to deliver at 12.38" , yet their email was sent at 12.39- obviously hadn't spent any time to rattle the letterbox before deciding they couldn't deliver. When i called the "local" depot, got no satisfaction whatsoever-staff member " disagreed" that this would happen- might as well have called me a liar! I can wait til Monday (this is Friday) for re- attempt- or drive 50 minutes and pick up! absolute waste of money and I won't be ordering from company again if this is the only courier they use! Unfortunate that zero stars is not an option!

Terrible company. Would not even rate 1 star. Attempted to get my parcel re-delivered to then wait in all day and find out that the guy did not even put the parcel on the list to be delivered!!! So I waited in for nothing!!. Customer service is terrible. The guy sounded like he just woke up when he answered the phone, and then another girl i spoke to had a bad attitude sighing on the phone. I don't know how they're still in business. I know some people dislike their jobs but you're not getting paid to be rude!!

terrible experience. driver left my parcel at another address without leaving a card. i contacted APC several times ovee the last 8 days and the driver keeps inventing a new location to just deflect and waste my time searching for my parcel around my neighbourhood. he clearly has no idea where he left my parcel. my parcel has contents worth over 40 pounds. APC did not deliver the service promised so i expected to be compensated rather than kept on hold for 10 mins every time i call whilst the agent talks to the driver who has no clue where my parcel is! ive been told to ask around my neighbourhood for a guy called "leo" who apparently signed for my parcel.. im surrounded by 3 large blocks of flats .. are you actually kidding me? how on earth is this a reasonable suggestion?!!!

i live with 4 other people and we are not related. Its a block of flats. They just drop the 'we missed you ' card but never wrote my name. i ignored the card for 2days coz wasn't expecting delivery on that day. suppose its 2 of us expecting a parcel! The other guy will take the card to his room and call APC. He will discover that its not his and might not bother notifying me. Next time if i buy something will instruct the sender not to use APC. APC Overnight Courier delivered urgent parcel to wrong address. Flat 3 instead of shop 3. A very rude male in customer services, told me that the driver has every right to deliver to another address if we are not there. He did not leave a card in our shop, letting us know were the parcel is. Very bad service alround.

Awful. Don't let you know what time to expect delivery until very late and won't accept instructions to leave with a safe place or a neighbour (who have been in during both attempted deliveries). Please don't use them vendors!!

Absolutely useless Do not use them ever Missed my delivery by 5 minutes and was told it wouldn't redelivered until tomorrow. So I go back to work only to get another email 30 minutes later saying I missed it again! Rang the depot 4 times and they were worse that useless. Don't bother

The most awful company ever used. The driver didn't take any notice of my note and apparently couldn't even be bothered to post the calling card through the door, just wedged it on the side. DO NOT USE

Worst experience ever.... I am trying to pay attention to my delivery services at the end of the payment, never again with apc overnight, refused to deliver my parcel, suggested I should pick it up myself. I am literally so upset with them.

I thought Hermes was bad but wow this win hands down took me a week to finally get my parcel delivered actually speaking to them on the phone assuring me i will get a phone call from driver which never came eventually got it delivered to a neighbor but didnt post a card through my door telling me they had done so AVOID USING THIS BUNCH OF IDIOTS WHO HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE#

Three times in a row, from different online shops, drivers not attempting delivery instead of this they just log in that delivery was refused. I have CCTV outside my property and nobody came to deliver, each time I had to pop to the depot. Pathetic and dishonest company.

No delivery received or attempted after 10 days. Sender contacted them and the parcel was located in the Abingdon depot. I just have to call the to rearrange delivery, but as nobody will answer the phone, even this is seemingly impossible.

I don't think i an explain in this little space just how bad these bloody clowns are. I have been waiting two weeks for a delivery that these asshats have delivered to the wrong address 6 times! And to make it worse the address they have tried to deliver to and have left cards at is an EMPTY BARN. Yes APC Overnight think that i run my Laser Engraving business from an empty barn with no door or electricty. The driver even took a picture of it. When i finally manged to speak to someone who had the pictures of the barn it took 8 attempts for her to take my mobile number down! 8 Attempts!! I dont care who you employ or what part of the world they are from, But if they cant understand english then dont employ to answer phones!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! UTTER INCOMPETENCE!!! TOTALLY IGNORANT CALL STAFF!!! MORONS FOR DRIVERS!!!
