Please never use this company. They called me a liar, hung up on me and the delivery man gave me back chat. A time sensitive delivery was not delivered on time costing time and money. They don't care so use another company instead.

Ordered a soundbar from Reliant Direct. My order was due to arrive on Friday 6th Sep. As I would not be at home I left a note sellotaped to my front door asking the courier to deliver to my neighbour who was happy to accept the parcel. I passed by the depot in Aberdeen, run by or franchised to Menzies Distribution Aberdeen.I was told that my item was out for delivery. Imagine my surprise when I returned home and no parcel had been delivered to my neighbour. Checked the web site for tracking and it said that delivery had been attempted and a card left! There was no card and I doubt that the delivery had been attempted. Avoid APC/Menzies Distribution. Still trying to get my parcel. Neither company answering their phones nor responding to emails. 0/10 You have been warned.

I've been home since yesterday, 3rd September, waiting for a parcel that was meant to be delivered yesterday and no one ever showed up. Today I'm home again, waiting, and nothing. In order to track the parcel, I've called the head office at least twice and I've called the depot office 5 times. The head office was completely useless, once they have directed my call to the depot, claiming that they couldn't get in touch with the courier. As I called the depot, I was put on hold, every time, and I waited about 45 minutes. Just two of the phone calls were answered by the depot office and, yet, I have no parcel and no idea where is my box. Overall, I'm extremely dissastisfied with such low-class service that completely neglected me, though I'm paying for an easy service, that is just about to get a parcel delivered.

I’ve tried to send small parcel just in UK , I have told my sister that the parcel is next day delivery schedule before 12 o’clock. She had a phone call from the driver to go in the parking lot (Not even her own door flat) ! When she get there she had waited 10 min and no one show up! She called him no one respond! My husband call the company they said they will try again. We don’t have any evidence that they actually tried, after over 2 weeks parcel came back to me ! A have paid 12£ and they said we not gonna get any money refund. It’s look that they didn’t even try to leve any notes where my sister can collect the parcel from local APC store or when they can expect the driver . Not relay able company. Not recommended to anyone...

Watch a delivery van pull up , open the back door, go in back for 5 minutes, get out and drive off . Reading emails 10 mins later , to see no reply email, from this company, saying they had left a card . What a load of liars. Phoned customer service to be told he had been to my house, and had taken a picture, did I have a silver car on the front. Yes that is my car. Well why didn’t he come to my door with delivery??? Or the card he never left . Customer service asked did I watch him take photo , no but I did see him outside for a least 5 mins , which looked as though he couldn’t find my order. I have never experienced such ridiculous service. Driver is now out of my area, of course he is , don’t think you can get that far in 15 minutes. Shocking service.

My order was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday 20 th August by latest 4pm, it was placed on Monday morning and was marked urgent deadline was Tuesday 4pm It never turned up , rang them after 34 minutes waiting they said they were advised the salon was closed down ! Big lie of course . On Wednesday rang them first thing in the morning they said will be there for sure them st 3.30pm the driver turned of said he can’t find our parcel!!! and he has to go back to depot to find it , how mad this is ! Them on thursdsy it never turned up either and when rang them they said was delivered to the loading bay ! We don’t even have a loading bay ! Another lie Friday rang them they cut me off three times because they didn’t know what going on On Friday at 2pm arrived instead of Tuesday morning They are the worse company I have ever come across most unprofessional Don’t ever go near them, shame there is no option for -5 star

Great service from Ben Murphy @ Priority Express. He arranged the collection with APC whilst discussing with me via the phone. Also, great service from the driver who collected the parcel following day. Unfortunately I don't know his name. However, both are a testament to their respective employers APC & Priority Express

Customer service shocking rang to rearrange parcel delivery, lady laughed when I said Monday to Friday no good as like most people I work can’t deliver locally to work place said would have to rearrange with parcel supplier, when I said I don’t know what it is she again laughed and said what do you want me to do if you don’t know what it is ! Completely unprofessional and very unhelpful!

I really have to write an review about this no name company, which cause more harm than succesfull service - even if they don't care much at all, but at least some of us could do something in order to put an end of this low class delivery service agency. In this moment I can't receive my tickets from my racing track event, due to their incompetitive time slot delivery service, which is exactly exactly from 9 to 5, and guess what, JUST Mon-Fri !! So, who you expect to pick it up from you when nobody is at home on working hours? Now I need to redo my tickets with another company, and hoping will receive them quickly and safely, even paying extra now. Moreover, maybe APC is an beginner level company and just started, so therefore kindly suggest you guys if you CAN change your operating delivery services, namely when people ARE at home, after 5, you will have more happy customers [if you care] . Secondly, putting the phone operator saying to the unhappy client that they have the option of collecting the tickets personally from their local depot, which is in N1 London, namely on other side of the planet, is NOT the polite and fair option and solution!! Please, just discountinue your activity field here in London - youre not compatible. Thank youi.

Hello, please accept our apologies the service was not as you had expected and you are not happy with the service provided to you on this occasion. The sender had chosen a next day service which would be between 8.00 - 4.00, we also have premium delivery options before 9.00, 10.00 and 12.00, we also deliver on Saturdays. However, this service is selected by the sender. Unfortunately, they have advised the item could not be left with a neighbour would require a signature. We would also provide a customer with an email/text with a 2 hour estimated delivery slot. Further to your review we have contacted the sending depot who forwarded the items on behalf of the sender and requested assistance from them as to the options available. Had a text stating the parcel would be delivered between 0821 and 1021 . No problem , they came at 0800 Nobody in to receive it, why bother with the text ..🤬🤬🤬

What a clown,delivered my parcel.Left a note to say I can pick it up in Rochdale.Travelled from Oldham to collect only to be told it's been left with a neighbour!Will not be using Certini Cycles again while they are usinG APC.

Emma (staff member) and Tony (Supervisor) were very rude and unhelpful. Following a missed delivery because their system messed up the booking, they told me that they are just third party, so any problem with delivery it’s is just my problem and it has to be dealt with the company where I bought the service from. Don’t use the company. Very bad service

Witnessed one of the poorest courier experiences today (25/07). 19 boxes delivered to our office. The driver knocked on the door, told us there were parcels to which I replied I will keep the doors open and if you need any assistance, just ask. 20 minutes passed with no sign of the delivery entering our facility. - I would also like to point out that the parcels were not even dropped outside of our office and were again, 'dumped' in front of the residents door. The best word to describe this delivery is that it was 'dumped' at the bottom of the stairs. The delivery was also blocking entrance of the residents (with that being the only emergency exit too. I could talk about fire safety on here and how it could have endangered lives if the worst was to happen, but I think we all know that could have been a huge issue. I might also add that the front door was left wide open to the public and although they were leaflets, they still could have been taken by a member of the public. Due to the driver dumping the parcels and disappearing, we have not even signed for the delivery! Spoke to APC in Birmingham and the chap I spoke to was useless. States the driver is not insured to enter our office (even though he did step in to tell us there were parcels). They did state they will speak to the driver, but I genuinely believe that was said in jest. When anyone requires a service, paid or not paid (directly between customer and APC, but through your client) we expect the service to be completed fully. Not half-arsed. Absolute shocking experience. Came home to loads of white varnish paint spilt outside our house and all over our neighbors bin, checked on our CCTV to find that the driver dropped a package out of the van (paint), it leaked qand poured everywhere, he then dumped the spilling package into our neighbours wheelie bin, covering and filling it up with paint, he then just drove off. After numberous emails and phonecalls we eventually managed them to sort the bin out, but there is still paint all over our path and they are no longer going to go anything about it even though its a complete eyesore. if onlt the driver had a few more braincells, he could have delt with it alot better!

Twice now had things delivered by apc and in both occassions I have had pick up next day even though i was in the house at the time . I came out the house this morning to see the van parked out side my house and noticed a card when I came back from the local shop which is on opposite side of the road if the parcel is anything bigger than A4 piece of paper don't expect them to deliver that day .first time bike tyres today's was a bag of chemicals if it's too heavy I would have carried out the van myself. Do yourself a favour book with a company that delivers not sticks a card through your door

Delivery estimates are, in theory, very welcome and the tracking is very clever but it’s all completely pointless, as APC’s score should be. First they told me delivery 1741-1941 on 16/7. I was only in towards the end of that time but no sign of delivery or card, and the tracking just hung at 7 o'clock anyway. Second time they said 1248-1448 on 18/7 - I was at home all day this time and able to use the tracking to watch the driver fall further and further behind until my delivery estimate time was just replaced with "not available". He got to within 3 stops of my delivery and the tracking hung again at 7pm. No delivery. In what way is this "overnight"? Pointless.

If there was an option for no stars I would have chosen that. I was sending a Genova biological substance package, using option 2. For about 10 minutes I tried to get through, but each time there was no answer and would get rerouted to a different department who were always annoyed that they were having to deal with me, at one point I had said I wasn't able to get through to them they even put me on hold to "see if they could put me through" and left me holding for 10 minutes - I eventually hung up. When I eventually got through they were incredibly rude.
