They are useless company. Can’t knock on the door, but can’t knock on any doors. Clear instructions were given, can’t follow through. Moral of the story, if you a company who work with this “deliver company” I won’t buy your products.

Delivery was late. Contacted delivery centre twice and was told firstly that driver was new and having problems. Second time I was told he was having a mental breakdown but was in my postcode. This was over 3 hours after latest due delivery time. Parcel never arrived. After ringing retailer they contacted APC who gave them a completely different story and said parcel was delivered to our porch on time - we don’t have a porch. A total shambles.

Absolutely terrible delivery company, waited in for 2 days for a supposed delivery slot, failed to turn up. Used there online tracking (no sure it really works as the delivery number in the queue kept changing) driver didn’t get within 2 miles of my house. No explanation just an email the next morning with more lies about delivery the next day. Utterly useless, never order from a company using them to deliver goods, you won’t get them.

Nothing but a third rate delivery company, this cowboy outfit emailed me to say my parcel would be delivered on 21st July 2023 as of 13.30 today 25th July 2023 no parcel has been delivered, their own tracking site says it was at their delivery hub at 07.07 the day after it was supposed to be delivered to me, even Royal Mail delivered faster when they were on strike!!!!

I missed the first attempt of delivery for my item as the email sent 7:28pm, I did not managed to read the email and short noticed for me. Most of the private company now a days, they are sending text messages alert. Parcel Journey At Sending Depot (13 Jun 2023 19:58:28) At Hub (14 Jun 2023 00:53:04) At Delivery Depot (14 Jun 2023 07:36:12) Out For Delivery 14 Jun 2023 (15 Jun 2023 08:34:21) From the parcel tracking, no exact delivery date and at least roughly time to deliver, makes harder from receiver who is working, you need to guess if it is 14 or 15 of June, and they attempted 14 June. I have rebooked the delivery of my item but they missed it to send. I applied for day off just for that to receive. I have waited from 8:30, until I emailed the APC at 3:56pm. And I received the reply saying "Our apologies but unfortunately your delivery didn’t go out today as was an agency driver on this route and it appears your delivery was missed." That was not really acceptable as I even emailed them for the time of delivery, one day before the delivery. And how they missed it, it is all about system now a days. Whole day they did not managed to trace that they missed my parcel, until I emailed them. Initially, they were blaming the agency driver. Secondly, they were blaming the sender as they can not send Saturday because of the sender's set up, I challenged them to contact TFL and explain that they missed to send, and maybe TFL allow them, but I believed they have done nothing. They were giving me Monday option but I explained to them that I am working weekdays. Ms. Y Customer Services on that day (16-06-2023) still confirmed delivery Monday, which was obvious that I will miss it. No effort from the customer service and no proper solution. Later on, they returned to TFL, claiming that they attempted 3 times, but technically just ones. After that, I did not received any update anymore. Very poor management, beside from I paid £9.50, that was the most expensive postage charged for a small item. I hope someone will investigate this complain, and refund me. Consignment: 0023476

Received tracker information only until an hour before my estimated delivery then the tracker stopped and there is no way of seeing if the delivery will still be made on the date. Office doesn’t answer phone. Website basically says tough luck and wait whenever. Had this problem before with APC and regrettably didn’t have a delivery company choice with the seller. Only ever had two APC deliveries and both not met times. That’s 100% poor record. At least they’re good at that.

APC Delivery. More like, can't be bothered to deliver a parcel with baked goods. I had a notification from APC for delivery on a Friday, nothing came. Then received another notification the following day, the Saturday that the item was again, out for delivery. Two times the delivery slot changed and still no package. Either the driver can't be arsed or the company. A delivery service that treats its customers with total CON-tempt.

Had an email saying parcel would be delivered, then again the next day, then again the next day,this is after contacting them on a daily basis. No overnight service at all! Ended up collecting the parcels myself. Terrible service. Definitely avoid at all costs. Customer service not fab, although the last person I spoke to was the most helpful.

Got a delivery of a replacement car part, only to get it dented, must of taken some force as it was made of metal , absolutely horrendous, they have lost my custom that’s for sure. Avoid like the plague

Sick of this now. This only happens with this courier. I live in a tiny 2 up 2 down property WITH a doorbell. It's virtually impossible to not hear someone at the door. Unless it's APC who seem to silently creep up to the door and leave a sorry you were out card. This only happens with this courier. I was in waiting as I followed the tracking so how come you can leave a card without making a sound? Did you get a passerby to post the card so you didn't have to knock? Absolutely furious! Got to wait in again. Only this time I will sit on the bloody doorstep.

First and last with APC. Box with carbon bike inside showed up torn in half and wet. Driver left without claiming it wasn’t his responsibility.

Had paint delivered .Came home from work to find paint leaking from box . Phoned A P C .We will contact sender ask them to ring you .No call assume there fobbing me off . Very uncaring firm advice stay clear .

Another we attempted delivery notification ,yet no delivery driver present on my cctv .pay a lot for next day delivery but must pick up the parcel myself again.

Notified me that my parcel would be collected (from my work address) between 16:50 and 18:50 on Tuesday. We close at 5pm, but I waited until 7. No collection, no apology. The next day (Wednesday), a new notification tells me it will be collected between 15:30 and 17:30. I stay late again, but no collection. This morning (Thursday), I have a new email, saying collection will be between 10 and 12:00. But I have an out of office meeting at 10, so I won't be here.

Absolutely rubbish! This delivery company is an absolute joke! Rubbish company Rubbish drivers, no wonder they don't bother to help the customer getting their parcels who actually keeps them alive!

Haven’t even had my parcel yet and my experience is bad. Just found a missed delivery card outside my front door on Sunday evening on the drive, from an attempted delivery on Thursday am. Why wasn’t it put through my letterbox????? Lucky the weather has been dry and no wind or I would never know! We don’t use our front door and rarely open it so we wouldn’t know anything was there. No date on the card, I only know the date after I went online to rebook a delivery date. Would love to arrange redelivery to my work, but the card says they need authorisation from the sender so please contact them. How do I know who sent the parcel? The card only gave a consignment number and I have four different goods on order at the moment!!!!! The parcel better turn up on Friday else I’ll lose my s***!

Thay said the made delivery attempt yesterday I was in all day thay lied and just took it to depot hat to go hackford st London to pick it up ref 0027684 causing me great inconvenience
