“I’m laughing right now because I can’t help how unprofessional this has been. I received an email about failed attempt to deliver even tho I was home all day. The attempt was made to a completely different address than mine. I call and give the exact address and later on it got delivered to a even further address - BUSINESS ADDRESS! I live in block of flats with 2 neighbours above me that could’ve taken it and 2 beauty salons opposite the flats yet the delivery guy was too lazy to walk up the street 😂 Now the store is closed and I can’t even get it. Well done guys”

“Would be 0 stars never for parcel, been given the run around with the company for the past month trying to find what happend. Assuming the driver stole it as "he doesn't work for us anymore". Cheek of them to say that it was signed for. Avoid this courier. Seems they have a reputation for parcels being "signed for" and won't show the proof. So annoyed.”
