“I was informed in advance the day and time slot my parcel would arrive and it did on time so was very pleased. Delivery driver was friendly and helpful. My package came in good condition especially since it was fresh meat. Very pleased indeed with a good service all round. Thank you very much.”

“No complaints about delivery. courteous driver, but no notification of time slot was received as promised. Luckily we were in when it arrived at 12.30. He had no paperwork for this, including alternative receiver next door.”

“APC had the wrong address on the parcel - even though they had been furnished with the correct address from the sender !! Only the fact we know the lady that they tried to deliver the parcel too and she redirected the driver I would not have received my parcel today”
