On Friday I received an email stating that APC had tried to deliver my parcel but had been unable to gain access to my building. I know this is not the case as i was home all day and there was no card left. When I called them on monday to rearrange i was told that my parcel had been returned to sender, as i only had until midday Monday to rearrange re-delivery! If they operate in this way i can't imagine they ever manage to successfully deliver anything! Will avoid buying from companies that use APC in the future.

Don't even knock on the door. Just post missed delivery and when I tried to catch him though the window I saw he didn't even have a parcel in hand.

Have been waiting for two weeks, still says parcel is in sending depot. No update if it has been lost or anything. Contacted eBay seller which they got a respond from Apc saying that the parcel had be signed for.... Which obviously it hasn't because I haven't received jack s**t. And by the looks of it I'm not the only person with this problem. I've never heard of this company and hope I never will again. Must be run by morons honestly. Very annoyed as you can tell.

I've been waiting for my parcel for 3 days now, I'm back to work tomorrow, I can't track it online because the system claims the delivery was done 5 days ago, they don't answer emails or the phone. I don't know what to do at this point.

I have never heard of this company before and I’m glad that I haven’t until now because they are truly awful. I hope I never have to deal with them again, their customer service are incredibly rude and not friendly. Didn’t even let me finish my sentence before putting me on hold for so long that eventually I just hung up. Was given a time slot which was missed so I called and was assured it would be delivered today which it wasn’t and when I called, was just met with a very rude customer service representative. If you are a business, please do NOT use this company as I can assure you you will lose business/customers. Awful, would give zero stars if I could.

Terrible service, no flexibility, expect you to wait in all day for a delivery even when I explained I work full time, rude unhelpful staff on telephone. Will not even offer am or pm slot. I have nothing good to say about this company. If I could give zero stars I would have done

ordered wine ....SMASHED by APC....replacement sent ..SMASHED by APC again was told By Beryl not couriers fault! its now 23rd Dec so nice wine on Christmas looking doubtful.....BUT this is better service than last time as it just went missing altogether!

Failed to deliver my parcel at the time I was home twice. Then I called to say I would pick it up the next day from there Slough depot. This was all arranged and they were going to keep it there for me When I went to collect the parcel they told me I couldn’t have it because there driver had taken it on his van again But wouldn’t try and deliver another time because twice is the max they do !!! So my parcel is now Gerrish the back to the sender lol What a joke !!

One of your courier drivers, at Swift Milton Park Abingdon, has claimed to have delivered a TV to my address on Friday 13 Dec 19, at 1.30pm. I was on my way to Luton airport at this time, and am able to prove it. I live alone. He has claimed I signed for it, but this was not me! That is not my signature! The story then changed to he left it with my neighbour, then he left it with a relative which is why it was signed under my surname. I do not live near any relatives, and my neighbours do not have it. I then phoned up the office a third time, and spoke to the manager Chris, who told me the driver has said he left it at the complete wrong address, and I would get a phone call the next morning (which should have been today.) However I never received a phone call. I phoned back twice today, and was told Chris was unavailable, and that the driver had actually been to my address after all. I am fed up of all the changes in stories, and would like to know where my TV is, and why your driver has forged not only my name, but my signature as well. If this is not resolved, I will be perusing matters through the courts as I can prove that the signature that was forged, is not mine. I will also be reporting this to the police, and requesting CCTV footage from my neighbours.

I was waiting for the courier to come to pick up my parcels since 12 pm, then at 4 pm I received a phone call from the logistics service provider, saying that the courier won't come today as he had come at 3.30 pm and I wasn't at home. He also said he had phoned and no one answered. What a dishonest courier! I have been waiting at home and nobody called. The courier didn't even ring the doorbell, or notify the reception. Nothing, the courier did nothing and then claimed that I wasn't at home so he couldn't pick up the parcels. Awful, too awful. The worst ever, they don't deserve even a star.

Expect to wait in house for parcel delivery when i work all day . Dumfries depot is very ignorant.
