A terrible company, why trade uses this company. I cannot normally receive a parcel from them. Rude customer service by phone

Was due a delivery today 16/04/20 after getting a confirmation email the day before guaranteeing delivery by 4pm. Tried to contract depot by phone but not taking calls email only. No responses so contacted seller who contacted depot and was told it's out on delivery. No parcel arrived and the goods inside parcel are perishable. This company shouldn't even be aloud to trade. It's states "NEXT DAY DELIVERY" Surely this is illegal as under the trade description act it doesn't do next day delivery. I was going to start a subscription service with my seller but I'm going to inform him that this will not go ahead if they are going to use this terrible company!

Was expecting a delivery today which contains perishable goods. Emailed but to no avail. Contacted seller to explain my package had not arrived within the time slot indicated in confirmation email. He contacted depot to be told it's out on delivery. It has not arrived today and I'm livid. Looking at these reviews this company should not even be able to trade. Supplies that use them should be asking for their money back. Also under the trade description act it doesn't deliver what it says. "NEXT DAY DELIVERY" So angry as the goods in package need refrigeration. Still awaiting email response!!

Completely hopeless. Calls and emails go without any attention. Tracking doesn't work. My microwave never got to me. Supposed to have people working from home during Corona virus but even after several days they didn't get back to me.

Why send emails with delivery dates and tracking info, then when the parcel doesn’t arrive say it can’t be tracked? Useless service, useless customer service. Avoid.

Item sent but seller Monday to arrive tuesday, followed the live tracking on tuesday, drop number 35. Ok great, gets to drop number 33 so i start to look out for the driver...Half an hour goes by no delivery and tracking shows no info!. Hour later i checked tracking again to see attempted delivery card left at 9:30am! No card was received and no one attempted delivery! Rang up to be told the tracking is bs and the driver must have done the drops in a different order. Ive use loads of couriers and never experienced this poo before. The item isnt any good to me now, needed it on tuesday.

Had a delivery come today, which should of been left as have live food in it and it wasn't, trying to contact local branch in abingdon and no answer.

I live on the 3rd floor of an 8 story block that has 4 flats to a landing , The driver refused to enter the flats and told me I had to come down to the main door of the flats or he would return my delivery as I have a physical disability I ask if he could put it in the lift and press floor 3 he refused and drove off , No other delivery company's are behaving is this ridiculous way, it's beyond pathetic

Went through to Grantham depot, got a reply from a lady talking complete rubbish about my parcel out for delivery last Wednesday. Told me it had been put on the van and taken off again due not enough room ! I told her the driver was 5 minutes away from me, she went on to say that you do not follow the parcel but follow the van. I think that would obvious as the parcel couldn’t drive it’s self!! I big it should be out for delivery tomorrow, I will be waiting but not holding my breath!

These delivery service is a total waste of time... How they still run as a business is a mirical.... No help...when you finally get through to them they lie to you and tell you they will get in contact with you and just give you a run around... Total waste of time if you ever see this company being used to deliver your parcel I urge you not to use them... They are the worst delivery company I've ever come across in my entire 56 years of living on this earth

Totally Dreadful to deal with!!! Four parcels sent by the same person, three of them arrive, the forth does not, ironically it was the largest of the four parcels. Rang APC's customer helpline and was told it had been put out for delivery the next day. It didnt turn up so i called again (half an hour to get through each time i might add) this time the same girl told me it would be out for delivery soon but she didnt know when. That is now three days ago and still no sign of it! my advice to anyome would be if you need to be sure a parcel is going to get there in these difficult times use another company. Judging by some of the other reviews i'm not on my own either.

My parcel was meant to be delivered four times now and now on the 5th time they forgot one of the three things. It’s over two weeks since it was sent. Can’t get hold of anyone only told that the third element to my order was not loaded on the van... Last Thursday but will be out for delivery on Saturday surprise surprise not delivered again this is the 6th time is was supposed to be delivered.

Meat parcel sent from Cornwall on overnight service, arrived at depot on Wednesday, still not delivered by Saturday morning. If it ever comes it will be inedible. No response to 3 emails

I have had awful service multiple of times with this idiotic company. I never leave reviews but just keep clear or these morons. They need to be shut down. No help, no service and no delivery.

Absolute garbage wanting to get into contact after reading all these reviews to see if my package is going to be delivered today or not... And if I see a reply saying "get in touch with this email to get this problem investigated" I will be livid.... Instead of posting rubbish to make everyone think that you have resolved the issue ACTUALLY REPLY TO ME! as I have already rang 6 times for 3 minutes to be cut of everytime the service is absolutely abysmal service

I am still waiting for my delivery that was out on Wednesday 07:35 to be delivered. Start tracking the driver saw he was in the Lutton area at 13:23, my package number was 58 and he had just delivered 21. It then showed my expected time was now 16:19-18:19,an hour later showing time now 15:35-16:35. Checked at 16:23 to see he was at Baytree Garden Centre on the High Road, which is only 5 minutes away, waited until 16:35,checked again said there is no delivery information ! I tried ringing the Grantham depot I tried 5 times getting cut off, sent an email which said they will get back. Thursday at 09:30 rang again kept getting cut off,tried my mobile got cut off after 27 seconds, I was given the number of someone at Grantham left a message with a contact number still not heard anything! Also emailed Customer Service nothing from them yet! What's annoying me more is you pay for Next Day Delivery and it does not turn up, no apologies given by this company! To make things worse, I sent another delivery made by this company on the same day, this they received by 08:24 in Greater Manchester!

Ordered an item for next day delivery on Saturday 4th April so expecting Tuesday. Still not arrived nearly a week later. Depot won't answer the phone nobody returned my email. I got in touch with the seller who has also chased this up. I did have a message on Wednesday saying it would be delivered between 1949 and 2149 that night. Waited up till 11 to make sure but no delivery. Since then, there has been no contact. I've had to get my delivery charge reimbursed off of the seller and am close to pulling the sale from them altogether as so far I am £150 down in my bank but without the item that I purchased. I have been as patient as I know the current situation is difficult but its now good Friday so probably won't get this until Tuesday. A week and a half after I ordered. And that's if I get it Tuesday, which looking at the other reviews on here, I aren't holding out much hope for. Even a generic message saying you are struggling would go a long way but literally no contact or tracking info. Literally the worst courier service I have ever dealt with and I deal with all of them every day for my job.
