Been waiting for a parcel to be delivered to me since Thursday 2nd April. Each time I have tracked the parcel only for it to be nearby and failing to be delivered. Today at 4.30 pm the van was in the next road from me near a chemist which I can walk to in 5 mins. When the van failed to appear at 5.11 pm I checked the traker again to find it was now 10 miles away in the opposite direction? What is going on I work for a transport company that deliver all over the country 24.hrs a day and if we carried on like this we would be out of buisness. This is the third time the parcel has not reach me and its strange that when I try to check the tracker again I find it is switched off. I have made 3 calls to the their office and each time I was told it would be delivered the last call was that I would receive it today Monday 6th April. I even sent a email last week but got no reply?

Manchester depot absolute Joke. Sent a parcel from south Wales to Manchester next day delivery to a Laboratory. 18th March 2020 APC portal stated it was delivered on the 19th March 2020, so didn’t think twice. After 5 working days I was expecting the results so called the Labs to find out where they were. Was informed the parcel hasn’t arrived yet. After a few phones calls to APC I was told the parcel was signed for by the driver (C19 Rules no problem.) But somehow it was left on the van and taken back to the depot. Understand accidents happen, so you would have thought it would had been delivered the next day... NO...it was put into a holding area. When I called on the 26th March 2020 and the parcel was found I was promised it would be delivered straight away that day. It was not, I was then promised it would be delivered on the next day Friday 27th March 2020. What a surprise it was not and then told there were no vehicles to take it over. Emailed the Manchester Depot to ask for assurance it would be delivered on Monday Morning. Did not get a reply. It finally get delivered on Monday 30th march 2020 and I believe if I had not kept calling it would still be in a holding area now. My client was paying for fast turnaround report and due to the incompetence of Manchester depot I will now losing money on this job. The APC website states only a claim can be put in for damaged or lost parcels. I shall be taking this further I’ve been using APC for many many years, my local depot is fantastic but there will be more parcels going to Manchester and I have no confidence in the depot so will have to use a different Courier.

Paid for overnight delivery and was expect to be delivered on 1st of April. I have had emails saying they would deliver the following day but none of that has come fruition. I have called the head office who have promised their local depot were going to call me back and nothing yet. We order eggs from a farm as the supermarket shelves have been emptied out during the pandemic, but it appears APC want to hold the eggs hostage as well. I certainly hope they had a good fry up on our behalf as that's about as much as we can depend on from them. Lost all hope of getting the delivery as the company seems to be full of lies when you finally manage to get through to them. NEVER EVER USING THEM OR ANY COMPANY THAT USES THEM. Never thought there was a delivery company that could be worse than Hermes!

I paid for the overnight delivery service. When it didn’t arrive I called their customer service number , which took ages to answer. When I finally go through the lady explained that the driver didn’t get time to deliver the parcel. So we came to an arrangement where their driver could leave the parcel in a safe place and I gave them my mobile number should the driver need to clarify exactly where . The following day . So when I got home the following day there was no parcel and no failed to deliver notice and no phone call from the driver. So I had to call them again had to wait over 30mins for them to answer my call. and apparently the driver didn’t read the instructions of where to leave the parcel and marked it as no answer at the door ( the driver had my phone number) so not only did he not call me , he didn’t even leave a we tried to deliver note either, and to cap it off they can’t deliver my parcel tomorrow either because they have too many parcels to deliver. Absolute bloody shambles !!

Worst service ever, I should’ve received my shipment 3 days ago and when I called them they said they came by and no one answered, they didnt even ring me! I called today and they said it will be delivered by noon, I checked with them by noon and they said it never left for delivery and it will be delivered tomorrow! Worst service ever.

I benn checking traking number whole day and i did check now and its saying its been delivered to me at 18.33pm for goodness sake im been wole day at home i dont have my paarcel with me so where the hall is it its absolutely joke no response when i was rang you no update on the website and now this i want my parcel i dont know how you gonna do it but you ripped off thw customers its look like someone still it thats is horrible service i hope you gonna sort it out i did inform as well the seller

Ordered a package for urgent overnight delivery. Package claimed to have left Cannock at 6.30am. I am only in Wolverhampton. lt never turned up. No replies by phone or e-mail. Judging by the other comments it looks like theyre lying about delivery capability to get more work during this pandemic. Do not trust them.

This courier service is appalling ! They feed you lies my delivery ,is nearly four days late !!! Being told countless excuses !”it’s on the van “ “it’s been scanned “ your stop number 55 “ Still waiting four days later .i appreciate we are in the middle of covd19 but hey Royal Mail NO ISSUES UPS & DBS NO ISSUES . They state they have up to 100 new parcels on there van a day plus the previous ones well deliver the previous lot first then maybe you wouldn’t have such a back log atrocious company

APC attempted delivery day 1 with no prior notification. We were out, so card left. Rearranged delivery for day 2. Waited in all day. Delivery didn't arrive. Waited in all day 3. Still no delivery. Several telephone calls rang out with no reply. Voicemail box full. Tracking facility next to useless and stopped working altogether at the end of day 3. This is without doubt the worst courier I have ever experienced. I have warned my sender and asked for a complete refund. Avoid at all costs. APC are not fit to be operating.

Have waited 3 days for a parcel. Today (day 3) was meant to be priority before 12. No parcel. Unhelpful person on the phone. Priority doesn't actually mean priority as they are too busy to deliver. Still ok to charge for it though. Disgusting service.

They sent me 2 emails telling me that my consignment would be delivered. I waited in both times. Not only did they fail to deliver no note was left! Their excuse was that I had not lived at my address for more than 2 years. Does that mean they will not deliver to new homeowners and how do they know how long I have lived at my address? They fail to answer call or emails. All other couriers have delivered my purchases. without question. Avoid unless you want aggravation.

Worst drivers ever. On the first day of the delivery the guy just threw a card in my mailbox saying 'we missed you' and just walked off. Didn't bother knocking on the door or at least right the bell. Anyways i rearrange the delivery for the next day. I received the package. in the worst state I've ever seen. the box and the item inside were all damaged.

Received an email that my order would be delivered that day around 7pm, so waited all day at home just incase, however no delivery Tried calling and sent an email, replied to the next day saying they didn't have a full address or any contact information, which they did as they emailed me before. Getting my order maybe 3 days late possibly more as I have no clue with this company, would never trust again

This company is the worst ever. Avoid like the plague. After sitting at home until after 6PM for a delivery that was out since 10am no delivery on a guaranteed next day. The local agent hasn't answered the phone since 4PM. It's now 10am and the local agent is still not answering. Tracking information has disappeared. Don't bother offering a service you can't deliver. This is not the first time either - it's regular. People rely on you cowboys and you could't care less.

Tried to deliver whilst I was at work, no attempt to leave with neighbour. Rang the depot the following day to arrange redelivery. Very nice gentleman who sympathised with my dilemma of working a difficult shift pattern but agreed a date, which was almost a weeks time. Delivery day arrived and no parcel by 3pm, rang the depot to ask if it was still likely to be delivered that day and was categorically told 'it's on the van, the driver to your postcode will be with you no later than 4.30'. I realised it wasn't coming that day when 6pm arrived!!!! Rang the depot the following morning only to be told by a friendly female that the parcel had been returned to the sender two days previously, so it obviously wasn't 'on the van'. So cross with your lack of service and lies
