Would leave 0 stars if I could. Never in my life did I think I would have to wait SEVEN weeks for a parcel from a company with the word overnight in their name. Customer service was absolutely useless. I had to get the parcel sent back to the company I ordered from, who resent it to me via Parcelforce. They delivered hassle-free within 24 hrs... Absolutely atrocious. 5 stars to Parcelforce, 0 stars to this joke of a "company".

My parcel was delivered today but I work for the NHS and I'm at work during the week the driver put a card through my door he could have knocked at my neighbours house as their always in and would happily take it for me, so drove up to the depot and was told they were not doing collection which is understandable but prior to this I phoned the two numbers on the card and no one answers thank for the great service not not sure how I'm going to get my parcel but after this I'm never using this service again

Ordered some perishable frozen rats for my snake, which this company were supposed to deliver, I had no person attempt to deliver them and no card was left through my door, not happy with this company.

Tracking a parcel is based on nothing more than whether or not it’s been dispatched. No idea of delivery time so basically prepare to have to take a whole day off work to wait in for a delivery. When arriving why ring the doorbell when you can knock on the window? What an utter idiot, anyone would think you didn’t want to deliver the parcel. Collection depot closed so no alternative but to take the following day off to wait in all day for the delivery again. I will sit in my porch all day as ringing a door bell is clearly too much effort.

I have been unfortunate enough to use APC Overnight three times, none of these times was by personal choice but because online retailers chose to use them as a courier. Parcels do not arrive on time, if at all. Do not believe that they will deliver your parcel 'overnight'. Parcels are not treated well - they arrived battered and goods ruined. Their customer service is AWFUL. They do not reply to emails or answer the phone and if you do manage to speak to someone they are downright rude. Companies should NOT use this courier as it gives them a bad reputation.

Failed to deliver a parcel for 3 days, consistently lied about its whereabouts and were incredibly rude when questioned. Avoid like the plague if you actually want anything delivered.

We had a dreadful experience trying to get two laptops delivered via our IT provider. After a week of APC failing to deliver, the IT company retrieved the laptops and delivered them to us. Their tracking system is inaccurate and unreliable and they do not read the instructions issued to them.

I order my tv via appliancessdirect. They decide use this rubbish company for delivery. my brand new tv is in depo for last 2 days !!!! No one bother to call back send email anything with some explanations. This company is one massive joke !!! Avoid if you can !!!

For the third time now, they have failed to meet the delivery deadline (quoted as 4pm). I had one parcel show up 4 days late and one that never arrived at all. They're useless. They close at 5pm on a Friday and do not operate weekends so they don't have to deal with all the complaints over the weekend. So my issue didn't get dealt with until 9am Monday. Customer service skills sincerely lacking, dreadful company and will be advising people not to use them. They lie, and then lie again. DO NOT USE THEE CROOKS!

Abysmal - parcel expected over a week ago and has now gone missing, and the tracking number mysteriously no longer exists and has been deleted from their app. Their sub contractor, Wilson Express never answer emails or phone calls. APC clearly don't care about customer service on any level - even their head office say they have issues with Wilson Express and can't contact them either. APC must be the worst delivery company on the planet - avoid!

Just awful. Lie after lie I expected my parcel on wednesday. It arrived at local depot on Thursday and I have been promised every day since that it would 'definitely' be out for delivery. It's now Monday and still nothing. I totally appreciate they are busy and prioritising essential goods but this is getting beyond a joke. There must be a system in place whereby they know when my parcel will finally make it to me?! I'd happily pick it up but not allowed. Why lie?! Tell the truth! Avoid
