“All went smoothly. Nigel collected and then delivered the car in good time. He was very helpful and courteous and took care offloading the vehicle for me. My only concern was that having accepted your quote made on the basis of the area post codes it was disappointing to see the price went up by over 10% when accurate postcodes were used. I could have provided accurate full postcodes/addresses from the start but was not asked for them. I had a difficult conversation with your staff member (male - could have been Aaron?) who just kept repeating that basic postcodes cover a wide area and this was explained in your Ts & Cs. He was not at all conciliatory, to put it politely. Maybe this system could be explained more clearly (as in your glossy ads) at the start of the process ? Otherwise all good thanks”

“A good service and a good driver, however, the method of getting my motorcycle onto the van was a little precarious! It all ended okay though, at a very reasonable price.”

“Easy to book and choose items. The driver on the day did query the parking even though there was plenty of space for his ramp to be lowered. The driver also claimed the items as being heavier than usual (standard wood dining chairs). Driver loaded and unloaded the items quickly and carefully (no damage).”

“Excellent service from the two guys who picked up and delivered the items They photo documented the items as they took receipt and also as they were delivered Only slight issue was finalising the actual pick up time We were given a time slot that was about three hours after the original one agreed This was eventually sorted after a call to the company Would use the company again”
