“Delivery was quick. Products great. I had a problem with a handmade soap bar. You were quick to resolve this and sent out a new one straight away. Best customer service I have had in a long time.”

“This was our first order and we placed this to a value exceeding £50 which would have entitled us to a free welcome gift. However as an item we requested was out of stock we did not receive our gift. I feel stock control on this website is an issue as if I had know the item was not available I would of sourced an alternative item. Jacqui”

“The woodchimes are a lovely product. It was quite moving taking one out of each box and making sure they all hung correctly listening to their gentle sounds which made me think of the people in Indonesia actually sitting there and painstakingly putting them together. “Its always so much fun buying from ancient wisdom and much much more opening the boxes when they arrive. Like a kid opening presents. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about ancient wisdom. They have always been prompt with replies and efficient and very professional in their attitude with a touch of casual familiarity. The only problem is that their stuff must be so much in demand that regularly items are out of stock although even this seems be improving.”

“The products supplied by Ancient Wisdom are interesting and different!!! The website is a real treat to use...every page an adventure. Unfortunately the downside is deliveries, sometimes can be protracted with negative vibes if in conversation with staff. Overall a decent company to deal with.”
