“The quality of the Simple Music Player is excellent. The controls are very straightforward and the sound quality is very good. My only suggested improvement would be to provide more support in loading songs onto the player. If you have your music stored as MP3 files then this is very easy but converting other formats and sources of music can be tricky and requires additional software. Some technical support and direction for this process would be very welcome and would greatly enhance the overall AlzProducts service.”

“Bought a large buttoned telephone for my elderly parents, one of whom has dementia. It's a Geemarc Applidect and all good so far. Pleased with what it looks like and how it works. Mum and dad will find this more simple to use than there existing one. Delivery was quick. Service great. No negatives.”

“I bought this device as my dad is in his late 70s and had a fall a year ago and is getting to that age when he needs to be watched. Once the device is connected to wifi and you download the app onto your phone it is easy to configure. I love that more than one person can monitor the device it means two or more people can share the responsibility. After the button is pressed the alarm sounds on the phone quite quickly given how much the signal is traveling. For the price this device really is a bargain. Only criticism is maybe if the actual button itself on the device was a red circle or had SOS so the user was more aware. But its a tiny thing compared to how well engineered this device is.”
