“I purchased this watch to track my father who suffers from dementia and has a habit of leaving the house and going walk about. It seemed that the watch has all of the functions I need - GPS, waterproof, heart rate monitor and emergency calling. I have had the watch for 9 days now and the GPS function which is critical to me still does not track. It places the watch in the middle of the sea somewhere off the coast of Ghana. I sincerely hope my father is not there!! I have made numerous attempts to resolve the situation with AlzProducts and with cprguardian without success. I appreciate that the particular unit I have maybe faulty but as of now (9days) I have a watch that is not working and an airtime contract I cannot use”

“My nan enjoyed doing this and loved the picture. I feel however that the labelling and wording on the box referring to memory loss/dementia etc should be contained in a leaflet that can be removed. Whilst my Nan does have dementia, she can still read and take in what she is reading at this stage. It would be nicer to be able to remove that information before giving the product to the person in question, so as not to offend or worry them. Lovely product in general.”

“They processed the order well and shipped quickly. So fulfilment is good. But of the 3 products I ordered; The pir based sensor works well; The cordless phone is not suitable for a person with Alzheimers because the default volume ius too low and the volume buttons too fiddly; The magnetic door sensor is too insensitive to be reliable. So overall product sourcing and selelction could be of higher quality.”
