“I don’t like leaving poor reviews but I was expecting this little beagle pup to be soft to the touch, like perhaps a cushion. Unfortunately it was solid and, as my mother is blind she would certainly know that it didn’t feel in the least like any kind of animal. So I was disappointed and sent it back. They refunded, minus the postal cost. I have now bought a piece of fur fabric to make it into something that feels real for Mum to stroke.”

“We bought the Flipper remote for my mother's television. It took us a short while to programme it, but now it's done it has helped my mother so much, with only the essential buttons that she needs. She also finds it easier to hold and doesn't accidentally cover buttons with her fingers, which, with her previous one, caused various setting to be changed, which she couldn't then put right. No more confusion or upset! I would definitely recommend it for people who are becoming a little forgetful.”
