“A bit smaller than I thought granddaughter is desperate for one”

“I got this bear for my Dad who has dementia and is a great Frank Sinatra fan. The first bear I received sounded like a really bad old tranny radio, and I was worried that this was the quality of the product. The office was great and exchanged it immediately and the new bear os a much better sound. Do beware aware that most tracks on I Tunes are MP4 and the bear only accepts MP3 tracks. I managed to find a free website that converts them over which is a bit time-consuming but does work.”

“Unfortunately due to increased courier charges you no longer deliver to Ireland. I was so disappointed as I purchased the bud from you site last year for my mother who has dementia and she still uses it. Your site is the only one I can find that supplies suitable gifts so it's really disappointing but I totally understand your reasons not to deliver to Ireland.”
